The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

Totally Sue! I think thats what keeps me going. Not only do I get to raise a plant but after its done growing the fun doesn't stop. I think at first my wife thought I was a little crazy but now she's just as amazed. My main hobby has always been brewing beer but this is on a whole new level and something I can partake in every day not just once a month when its time to brew.
I'm excited to hear how your oil turns out after the filtering. Also I have to look up this trick you talk of.

Have you checked out SkunkPharms Research yet? That's where I found it. You have to read through the comments sections to find the really good stuff. I get lost on their site for hours. I have to plan my visits carefully. :laughtwo:

Daily Update: Friday, May 6, 2016

Good evening everyone. I've been in a fog today. Let me pull myself out long enough to get this post done.

Lets start in the veg tent. The nursery is beginning to look busy now.

Strawberry Blue (Day 24)

I wasn't happy with the way she was looking all closed up in that picture, so I stuck my head in and opened her up a little more.

image11624.jpeg

That's better.

The flowering tent. Both the CBD Critical Cure (on the right) and the CBD Critical Mass are at Day 86.

DDA2 is starting to take off again. I'm intending she dwarf the one overshadowing her right now. I'm hoping she shares my aspirations.

image11617.jpeg

Carnival (Day 19) in the rear, and Bubba Kush (Day 23) looking no worse for wear after my neglect of yesterday.

image11618.jpeg

Ahhhh...... Dark Devil Auto (Day 84). Her leaves are asking me to take her down. I may do that on Sunday. I'll give her 'till then to beef up the trichomes following yesterday's foliar. She's ready, white pistils notwithstanding.

A much needed quiet day. I'm headed into a Callanetics session so I'll be seeing you all in a couple hours. Get out there and spread that joy far and wide now. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

. Forgot my clones. They're four days old now.

image11626.jpeg

While I was over there taking the picture I pulled out the loupe and checked the Dark Devil Auto again, and she won't be coming down this weekend. All trichomes are still clear. Evidentially she wants to stick around a while longer.

Morning Sue, Love the garden. That Dark Devil is so beautiful. :hugs::hugs::hugs:

Evening Noob. :hugs::hugs::hugs: She's living life dangerously. She seems to have developed a fondness for the torturous essential oil foliars and doesn't want to fully mature. She's way beyond the projected timeframe.

:woohoo: Got the post and Callanetics in before midnight!!! :slide:

Joy Magnified

I got my package from Rad today. :battingeyelashes: :green_heart:

White clover seeds have been broadcast around the perimeter of the pots.

image11662.jpeg

The aloe's been transplanted and watered well. I decided this quiet corner with the clones looked like a good resting spot as it gets busy growing roots.

image11663.jpeg

Thank you Rad. I can't tell you how special it makes me feel to have a small part of your garden living on in mine. :circle-of-love:

Drenches: CBD Critical Cure (Day 87)

I did it right this time. :laughtwo: She only floated momentarily.

Took the time to clean up the lower reaches. This is a system that caters to the buds, not popcorn.

She's back in the tent now with her companion.

Daily Update: Saturday, May 7, 2016

Let's start off in the flowering tent, since that was where all the excitement was for today.

image11671.jpeg

We're at Day 87 now. The CBD Critical Mass on the left is 4 days from flip, the CBD Critical Cure is 22 days in. I'll be watching her for signs that the buds are set. We're coming into that window to begin the CAT drenches.

The veg tent.

Tomorrow they get an aloe/coconut water drench, which will water in the clover seeds I scattered today. What a relief. I kept forgetting to order the clover seeds. Thank you so much Rad. :hugs:

Crossroads 2 (Day 5)

image11675.jpeg

Crossroads (Day 11)

image11676.jpeg

Shiva Shanti ll (Day 4)

image11677.jpeg

Super Cheese (Day 11)

image11678.jpeg

Strawberry Blue (Day 25)

image11679.jpeg

Over in the tiny closet the DDA2 is coming along nicely.

image11680.jpeg

The clones (Day 5) and the little aloe addition to the grades. :battingeyelashes:

image36924.jpg

Last but not at all least, Dark Devil Auto (Day 85) Her trichomes are just now beginning to cloud up.

image11681.jpeg

Look at how tired she is.

image11682.jpeg

image11683.jpeg

The closet seedlings. Carnival, on the left (Day 20) and Bubba Kush on the right (Day 24)

image11684.jpeg

Everything moving smoothly along. Get this group going and plan the next cycle just a little better and I'll have this perpetual clicking away again. :battingeyelashes: It feels good to have so many happy charges.

Alright people, on to the business of joyful living. Spread that joy far and wide now.

:Namaste:

I've had that aloe pup's mother with me for 5 or 6 house moves in 3 or 4 states over the course of decades. Heck, that aloe is with me on my second marriage and second set of children raised through high school. Until just now, I never realized how far we had travelled together :)

Hello Sue, I have followed your journal since I started as a member. Whew, took awhile to catch up (mainly I was catching up on multiple journals) but I have enjoyed the ride, ty. I just wanted to say nice pics and looking forward to many more. Oh yeah, started to grow myself recently and journaling my 2nd grow. Please stop by and I welcome any tips.

:welcome: Enkidu. I'll be sure to swing by and check it out. Kuddos on making it through one of my manic journals. :laughtwo: I'm glad you've enjoyed the pictures. I was just thinking today that maybe I should go to a weekly update and it physically hurt me to think like that. I mean, I'm going to take pictures every day anyway. Might as well post them in a central place, eh?
