So I dug in.

1/2 inch under the surface was alot of feather duster roots.

Ok, phew. For a minute there I thought you were on to something new. "Gee's How To Grow A Great Plant Without Roots." Story at 11...

lol Well I DO try🤣.

When I planted this seed I planted 2 in case 1 didn't pop. They both sprouted but the one I kept was dominant. As soon as I saw the dominant one was female I culled the runt. This is the runt's stump. It looks like the big one twisted its tip up to gain an advantage, or maybe not, but interesting.

Today is Day 28 on the 12/12 sproutlings and we now have 3 boys and 3 girls, and only The Mutant hasn't revealed.

20230227_111955.jpg

28 days in cups and a bit too wet the whole time but they made it. You could still uppot any of these and have a really successful grow.

So I am preparing for flower now. Here's the 4 I will go with, unless the mutant is a boy.

The 10gal clone. Planted Feb15. 12 days in soil.

These two planted in 1.66gals Feb 19. 8 days old.

The Mutant on day 28 since sprouting.

All are in perlite swick beds.

Its day 13 in soil for this Gal in the 10gal. Her leaves have been tucked to get the branches coming out. She gets a quarter rotation daily now as well.

Her 2 younger twin sisters are 9 days in soil and they have both linked well in the 1.6gals. A nitrogen rush on day 1 then no problems at all.

All 3 started growing immediately. Bottom watering seems the perfect wetness for clone transplanting.

The Mutant on Day 29. Still no sex showing but like the clones, uppotting a solo to a 7gal bottom watered pot was 100% stress free.
