The Dude Abides

I was just about to ask for some pics. Why not start a journal? And what, no Commanders briefs yet?

@RedskinnedRhino ,
I use paperclips and 10 gram drop sinkers. Some paperclips haveone, some two, and some three. I have had as many as three threes on a single branch in my current grow ( a 2 x 3 cabinet). About seventy-five weights in all (I used them all). Just move them towards the end of the branch and their leverage increases exponentially.
Thanks for the compliments. Here's a little "bud porn". These are still three or four weeks from harvest. They LOVE the stress.

Daniel Snyder can "Command" deez nutz... but I bleed burgundy and gold, so I'm here for the abuse. I refuse to buy their new gear, but I'll be at the games, Hail to the Redskins!

Day 8 of flower. Louise is doing her best to fill the empty space left by her brother in exile. Smells like corn syrup and kerosene in there.

There are 3 1000w leds above it, (it started with 4, but I hijacked one for the veg room) but I have another one being delivered in a day or two to even things out. So 4000w, or whatever the Led equivalent is.

Do you measure LUX/PPFD? Do you know what light intensity they are getting now?

So...I clipped a clone from this little baby, although I assumed she was an auto from her short stature, but the clone isn't flowering in the veg room under 24 hourlight. It's grown 3 normal nodes and seems to be in veg. Do photo plants come this small??? Did I leave 'weed on the table' by switching to 12/12 so soon and not maximizing her size to the grow room?

Louise - A full, natural bush. Her clone is getting the full FIM, LST, CST treatment, but Louise is unmolested. I'm worried that she might be falling behind her classmates in bud production, but she's doing her best, and that's all I can ask. Day 23 of flower.

Around 2000lux at the highest point, then 1000lux at the main canopy and 500 at the tertiary bud sites.

a lot has to do more with the quality of light and the specific kelvin. that and the actual wattage.

the 1000w per rig you cite is not wall draw. it's a marketing hype equivalent that falls short of a real 1000w draw. there's far more relevant info in the actual draw, which what the rig consumes, and what the driver will be rated for.

crap led mfgrs make a lot of slippery claims.

edit: not tossing junk at the grow. i think you're actually looking pretty decent.

They are Spider Farmer 1000s, supposed to be pretty decent leds, probably around 100watt actual draw each. We're growing kittens in the Rhino home now as well. 2 little fuzzballs to keep my ornery kids occupied and away from YouTube. (YouTube is Crack for children imho)

The secret is to create the best root zone possible to me. When there's a big ol ball of roots, they can get the job done the way the plant wants. Lately it's @DYNOMYCO in the soil through the grow for that.
Really glad to see you became a fan...

Welcome to the DYNOMYCO family!

Dynomyco, glad to see you boys here, I'm about to start a new run and I'm looking at myco brands. Can you boys do better than the Great White on that thick root game? And don't bullshit me killa, cause my funds are limitless and i don't do sponsors, I'll buy your product off the shelf and tell God's honest truth.

I already cracked open the wallet for a crate of Prescription Blend, see if it's got the juice these sponsored grows are blowing smoke about. The proof is in the puddin... and a big boy like me loves puddin.

I did not use any nutrients other than Presciption Blend in my grow. I did use dynomyco when I up potted. I don't know how they compare to great white.

Your green mountain range and a couple other journals thru BigNug City were the inspiration behind the Script Blend purchase. I'm gonna sprinkle that magic dust in everything from my herbs to my coffee and see what springs up. Now I'm on Amazon to see if DynoMyco can outgrow the vast nebula of hair follicle roots that Great White spawned. It was impressive, but I'm ready to love again...

I spent all morning boating on Lake Anna, it was glorious. Summer is creeping up, my vegetable seedlings are going crazy, and I'm going to MGM to play roulette and black jack on Saturday, while my family is out of town. God is great, life is good, and Hail To The Redskins!
