"The Beast" gets serious!

Re: "The Beast" FryingPanFlyer gets serious!

Sorry to come in so late. "WOW" is all I can say about this "beast". I will definitely be learning and watching FPF. Awesome work and build skills.

Thanks for the note man, I'm not quite to where I should be with those cutting they gave me, but I'm pretty optimistic they'll come around. Big biggest gripe now is it cost me a good week of growing time.

I'll be looking forward to the clone, I'm not sure I'll have anything to trade, my NL and WWM mothers are still kind of funky, still coming back from flowering, but I may be able to get some cutting of those for you if you'd like. That NL strain has been a very good producer for me.

Fo sho dude it'll probly be mid june when i get up there at least thats what it sounds like but that would be awesome I love NL and need a good producer for my room so if there are some ready then i would love one just did my first tray of girls from the pink pez mom and all 6 will root 2 already have and the other 4 (bout 3 days behind the rooted 2) all have root bumps and that's within 7 days of cutting and it only took the cabinet plant 8 days to form full pistils @ bud sites after 6 days veg:slide: so it looks to be a nice hearty quick producing strain:grinjoint:

Sounds like your cloning is doing great. My babies seem to be taking slowly but surely, there's only one I'm not very hopeful about.

But, I should take a pick of my mothers, they are looking awful funky. They are healthy and all, but they went to flower and I'm trying to bring them back. They are so funky though that I almost think I'd be best off taking clones from these and starting new moms.

Has anyone had experience with this sort of thing? I'd appreciate any input.

Here's a couple pics of the mother's to be. Notice they were putting out leaves with one lobe to them, they are building up again, but funky aren't they?

Glad to see the system is working great for you. Hey root porn is good porn. Ao my hats off to you for sticking it out and bringing them babies to life. :goodjob:

Thanks Butcher, I figured what the heck, as long as I was this far...

But hey, I posted a couple pics of my funky mothers in the previous post. Have you ever brought mothers back from flowering? I'm thinking of taking new clones and doing new moms 'cause these are so strange. But I don't know if that's necessary.

Nice man. I havent been there for a while. It's just like I remembered. I think your moms will be fine. I've had a couple do that single leaf thing a while back. and they turned out fine. Keep up the good work man!!

What a beautiful place to meditate..

It is a great place. I live in the middle of the mountains but I can be in the desert in less than two hours. I went for some warm today. In about a week and a half I'll some some pretty contrasting pics when they open the pass to traffic for the summer, it's still snowed in, but they always try to get it open by Memorial day.

Those are amazing pic FPF!! In about 2 months the fam will be in the mountains as well. Can't wait to see the views personally! Wow.

Re: "The Beast" FryingPanFlyer gets serious!

No kidding, where are you going? This is actually in the desert of western CO getting close to the Utah border.

Well we are going ot move for sure in next couple months and have been looking in the Ft. Collins area....but also looking around your area. We are going to rent first and then we are going to buy house and property once we get settled in and know the area better. But the move is a definite and Colorado is the place. We are online everyday looking at rentals. Of course I will keep ya' in the loop. ;)

Moving to CO? That's cool man. Fort Collins area, my oldest son lives there, plus there are other Deep Water Culture in your area.

Work is pretty tough in my area, construction is pretty much shut down, there is some work, but not much of it. At my age my work options are limited, plus I need to make a good buck, too many bills and this mortgage is really dragging me down.

Def. Keep me in the loop, we'll have to get together. I still know places to go where you won't find anyone else around.

Re: "The Beast" FryingPanFlyer gets serious!

Not to keep sidetracking your journal FPF but absolutely I will look ya' up once we settle in. Yeh I am already seeing jobs are hard to come by, but i am very industrious and the wife works for a a large banking company that is in the area she can transfer. We'll be more rural as well, not in a subdivision but rather the hills/mountains. Alrighty, back to your grow boss!! hahah I have a lot to re-learn and catch up on!
