Tead's Indoor-ish, Winter, Hempy, OGK, SOG

Weird... hmm never saw anything like that in my grows, but it might be just general change of environment. Well like always when you're not sure go with trichs.

Now that I've detected it, I feel maybe it's based on the 3 day feed cycle I've got going.
I'm a total trich reader. I like a heavy hitting herb, so I look for the amber.
 
With UD there's not much to gain by going amber, just a touch usually and I chop them, and smoke is as good as it gets.

UD1 has been growing her buds in spurts. She grows a bunch of new growth and white pistols. The pistols turn brown as she pauses. Some of the brown pistols fall off and get caught in the sugar. Then the process goes around again and she shoots of another set of white pistols. Had me worried for the first couple rounds... all the brown hairs.... makin me think she was done already... but now I see her tricks and can appreciate her fickle feminine ways.

I have a clone of each of the UDs going in 2L pots and an Osmocote+ diet. Then I have cuttings of those clones growing roots. Oh... and 2 more seeds down and popped... probably destined for 2L Osmocote pots as well.

That whole lazy ethos and kiss principle thing lays out pretty well in the rest of my life and I have no intention of rocking that boat.

It definitely makes a difference. You can imagine what soil growers go through when they try a strain that was bred and grown exclusively in hydro. This is a totally different game.

I've yet to see an online seed company that has a major category "hydro seeds." The companies are probably out there, but the characters 'hydro' only seem to show up in the descriptions. I barely see indoor and outdoor seed descriptions.
 
I'm not aware of other hydro UD grows. Am I breaking ground here?
So far she's been very beautiful in hydro. Many similarities with my OGKs. Some timing differences. I assume these are the indica traits showing themselves. Very different from the sativas of course.
The most notable trait so far is the single spike and the level plateau beneath it.

Same 'ol same 'ol. Different plants... tho the OGK strain has been around as long as you have. These days I'm enthralled with the UltraDogs.
You'll see some familiar folk... UltraDan is doing mod stuff.... Doc Bud is doing fancy soil instead of hempy... Lexort is around... Nivek as well....probably others. Many have disappeared.... I was thinking of Jojo just the other day.
Welcome home... be sure to send a flare when you crank up a journal. Any thoughts as to what you plan on growing and how? Indoor as I recall, tho the further details escape me.
