Perpetual Update

Continue to pick up steam here at Casa de Stank. Dropped a new bean today, the Blue Dream from 420 (ILoveGrowingMarijuana) into my water/H2O2 mix to soak for a while. I did pick the biggest fattest seed this time instead of just grabbing one....so the Dream is off to the races.

Ms Stank's Harlequins are rolling along and putting on some size to the leaves. They look very happy and healthy. No clear superstar between these two girls. Will give them a proper update later tonight or even tomorrow.

Stankberry Update - Both have sprouted and straightened themselves out. No shell removal required......they look good. I will take their initial pics when I update the Harlequins pics tonight.

Stankberry & Harlequin Update

Stankberry - As suspected, took a touch longer to sprout directly into soil but they both popped so thats a good thing. No idea which one had a bigger taproot germinating this way so I will just monitor based off the growth. Not much to say about them other than they popped within hours of each other. They are so damn small and cute!!

Ms Stanks girls are rocking it. She is doing her leaf tip spreading regularly. Will be moving them into the small tent under the LED tomorrow. Gonna start getting crowded in there soon! Good thing I ordered a bigger tent huh!

I wanted to do the HSO version because of how well CrashDog's is growing. But I am holding out hope of one of the crazy colored versions that 420 sometimes gives. The 420 seed hasn't sunk yet (Longest any seeds have taken to sink). I hope it will sink by tonight LOL.

Maybe give it a scratch or two to help it penetrate quicker. I know that the hso version boasts a 700g/m squared for yield capability, but I have a feeling that the 420 version will do an excellent job in that department and give you some nice blues. I look forward to seeing that one, and all of em, flower out!

I figured I would give it 24 hours on its own to sink....after that I would try and give it some assistance. Thats what I get for selecting the biggest freaking seed I have ever seen LOL.

My sour strawberry was probably the biggest seed I have ever popped. i have some Donkey Punch seeds that are all light colored and huge. So different from what I am used to seeing. I got hooked up with a couple of Dolato s1 seeds and one is normal sized while the other is BIG I think I am going to pop one of the Dolatos but idk which one yet. I hope you get a nice colorful blue dream. I love watching colorful cannabis get grown out.

The colors, and patterns and sizes and shapes of cannabis seeds are interesting. Take the 4 strains of seeds I produced.....all of them had the same strain for a dad, but different moms. The straight ATF seeds where they more "prototypical" color and patterned seed....light brown with some nice pronounced tiger striping. Then look at the ATF x Blueberry....they made the darkest seeds by far with moderate striping and coloration patterns. From there, take a look at the ATF x Blue Kush. Its seeds don't darken up much at all and don't have any striping (didn't matter how long I left them in there). And then there is the ATF x Durban Poison.....it is kind of between the colors of the ATF and the ATF x Blueberry, and it has more pronounced striping and markings on the seeds. It also seems like all the crosses made bigger seeds than the straight ATF. Interesting stuff......not sure anything is a correlation to anything else but its interesting to me none the less.
