Stage Hits The Brix! - COB LEDs & More

I started out with autos, so I tend to be a bit partial. My security breech sending me back into the closet pretty much stopped my photo growing for now, just as I was getting the hang of it. Found myself wondering if the universe wasn't steering me back to autos. I miss the big girls already.

Yeah, I was halfway through that last post before I realized the significance of your username. :laughtwo: Sometimes the brain cells go dead and I miss the subtleties. Lol!

I'm testing out THC capsules today photo, so I'm trying not to smoke anything. They've had me pretty buzzed for almost seven hours now. Don't think I'm coming down yet either. These babies are keepers. :slide:
i saw your recipe for the capsules and im going to give it a try ,i wrote a lengthy post in your journal at about 3am last night and then my phone made it diaaappear before it posted .

i was saying how that dark devil is an auto id like to grow and those capsules look wonderfull and i asked ,what do you use to transfer the oil into the caps ? i was thinking one of the syringes we have at the hospital would be perfect , the caps have me excited.

I believe you may be right. I have a supply of 3 ml pipettes, little disposable ones because I didn't want to be bothered cleaning up oil. panacea makes large batches and uses a 60 ml syringe. Haven't seen a picture of that one. Any syringe will work. Those capsules I made would have been easier if I'd strained the plant material out, at least the larger pieces that'd clog the syringe or eye dropper or pipette. I suggest you do that. I'll probably use coffee filters next time.

There will be a next time. Three of those carried me strongly for ten hours. Ten hours with a system like mine. That's damned impressive, so yeah, I'll be making more.

I'd be so thrilled to have you join us in our love affair of Dark Devil Autos. :slide:

yeah i love the look of that dd auto ,and im not even an auto guy.
10 hours! that is awesome ,im so glad i met you sue !

Tomorrow I'm gonna try taking two at a time and see how long that'll hold, if in fact it'll get me that high. If I'm not feeling it like I'm expecting I'll take a third an hour later. Then I'll know to take all three at once. Just thinking about that makes me smile. :laughtwo:

I'm glad I met you too photo. :battingeyelashes:

thanks sue i go shopping for supplies tommorow hope i can find the capsules, where i live it can be hard to source things so i end up mail ordering stuff usually

Good morning crew! Duggan.. weedman...canna and nismo!

Whats the weather where you are?:reading420magazine:
I'm in a perpetual humid oven over here in the south as today makes 17 consecutive days of 90 plus temps!
I am too grateful for this AC let me tell you.:rasta:

Quick update at day 21.
The tent stays 84 or below using about 270w to veg these ladies.
Speaking of ladies, my brix chicks have another day or so before they are require watering.
Six of them have 5 nodes.
Should I be ready to use GE w/Tea? I sprayed destress on them 3 days ago.

I think they are looking wonderful. :circle-of-love: This Hi Brix got me all antsy, wanting to spray something...anything! :)

We will see what Doc says. I would almost give them a rescue. They look slightly pale and GE may stress them.

I was thinking Transplant instead of GE. Of course the rescue drench is transplant on steroids...

Including mine, this is the 4th grow from seed (new kit users) that I have been following, that needed Transplant as the first feeding, and earlier than the 5 node mark.

I did not experience this with the two clones I'm running. It seems the seedlings are having a difficult time hooking into the soil without a early boost of (Nitrogen) Transplant.

Interesting...Will patiently wait for the master to chime in....:Namaste:

I'll go out on a limb and recommend a Transplant/Tea drench, too.

I always go with Transplant in the early drenches to give the roots all the help I can, before feeding the foliage. Once they're bigger and hooked up with the soil, GE will turbocharge growth and the roots will be able to keep up. Look for the vibrant pale green in the new growth, then go with GE.

:Namaste:

Hey there Stage! The weather here was cool, cloudy and overcast all weekend. We even had a fine mist rain one of the days. Today its back to being hot again. Its a bearable heat though, not too hot. Sorry I am not much help in the HB department, but its nice to stop by and say high. You left this over at out journal earlier, I figured id bring it on over here to share with all of your subscribers too. :passitleft: Have a good night!!

Transplant for higher temps. It's got a small amount of potasium, which is helpful with heat stress.

I wouldn't do a rescue drench, just a regular T drench, DeStress spray. They'll get adjusted by and by.

This is very, very good advice and a great observation on when to use each drench. Thanks!
