Usually a person can be growing with doc's high brix less than 3 weeks from their first correspondence with doc. But of course that depends on whether you've gotten those other things mentioned. That way, you can mix the soil and start it cooking right away (it takes 4 weeks to cook properly). You can germinate seeds in straight promix, so save some of that out if you need to (just enough to fill a coupl starter pots), and let them get out of the seedling stage...usually 2 weeks in a starter pot/solo cup. I'd get some soil cooking and wait a week then germinate some seeds. It can take 2-3 weeks for them to be ready to actually put into some cooked soil. once the soil has cooked 4 weeks, you're ready to go...
