ok Spimp,
this is currently my seedling and clone room, but my flowering plants have taken a lot longer than the stated flowering period so this cfl room has to do until i harvest the other plants, i will add more cfls to this room in the next few days but so far their is no stretch going on and growth seems ok, the big auto you see on the right hand side in the bottom picture is an auto im growing under 24-0, its moved from the hid room and taken to this room for the other 12 hours, as you can see its grown under 24-0 and much smaller than any auto ive grown under 12-12 or 18-6 from seed to harvest.
but as you can see im running just 2 cfls in this room, 1 is the 6400k white light 23 watt and the other is the 2700k 30watt cfl and their not really that close to the plants, but ill change the room around tomorrow and add as many bulbs as your using or at least use the same total watts then i can see what your working with and what method works well,
the best watt to lumin ratio is the 23 watt cfls, but i use 23 and 30watts, i struggled to get the veg stage lights (6400k) and had to order off line, but the 2700k lights i have lots of as i get them free from my power company from time to time
now this next picture is also 2 clones but these was taken a while ago, the one in the back the bigger one is a ken estes gdp x purple cheese auto, the smaller one on front of that is the big buddha cheese clone
the big buddha cheese clone was starting to have bigger node spacing along the main branches, so all branches have been fimmed to keep the stretch down and slow growth along them branches.
but that cfl room was only used for the first 2 weeks of the plants lives, but as my flowering plants took much longer ive had to turn that into a sort of veg room for now until i get some of the plants harvested.
so ill add more cfls and it will be used as a veg room until i can either get another hid or possibly an led light

Once she was healthy, she got away from me. Thats why the Veglings are getting strapped down as well.
Maybe a relocation in my future. 
I topped her than toped those nodes again and had her all sprauled out.
