I just love how the plants are looking Sorenna. I know how hard it's going to be not to be able to look at them during the 12/12 schedule too.
But....you can dooo-eeeet!

When you get to making the edibles, check out the off topic forums for recipes and ideas. ;-) You can learn how to decarboxylate your ground up weed to add to recipes, sprinkle here and a sprinkle there. LOL You absolutely must try the caramels! Oh yum.

One of my main reasons for going perpetual was to increase stocks so I could make caramels. I think they may be the perfect edible for my family, aside from baked buds, which is already my personal favorite.

Caramels will be the first thing I make after harvest and drying. (well, my wife will probably make them lol) They look so convenient and tasty

Oh, I used to keep a tray of those caramels in the fridge constantly. One a night to lull me to sleep. (you can make them with different strains to keep you active too)

Thelma and Louise - Day 56

Okay, so its time to confess...

Sometimes Sorenna is medicated and lazy. I havent done an update in 2 days. Whoops! Life gets in the way sometimes, too. I hope yall have been doing well these last couple of days. My girls are a delight and doing oh so well.

Thelma just gets thicker and more prolific everyday. Its just fascinating watching her mature. I lifted up her skirt yesterday and looked at her stem, man.. its a big around as a nickel. I thought these were plants, not trees. lol

Louise is just kinda kicking back and I can tell by looking at her she is either planning to surprise me or shes working up to some mischief. I think Id rather be surprised. hehe

Both of the girls have put on a respectable 3" to their heights over the last 2 days, bringing them up to 14" apiece. I had to raise the height of the lights. Ill be really mad at myself if I let them get burned.

Without any further ado...my lil lovies...

Thelma, THC Bomb auto--Are all those topmost flower sites her buds, or only some of them? If so, I count a minimum of 16, 14 of which you can see in this picture. I think thats pretty exciting.

In this one, I think you can see how she is starting to bud out down along the stem. Right? Thats what shes doing?

I think she looks like she is trying very hard to preserve her modesty in this one.

I was supposed to have fed them last night, but silly me, I forgot they get their own separate food now, and I didnt set out enough water. Tonight its gonna happen.

There looking amazing!! And yes all those tops will be bud sites along with the nodes on the stem!! The plants are very productive and will try to grow buds at every site that it can. My plants are showing the same white clusters and I'm just a little less than 2 weeks into flower, hope you can check them out sometime!! Can't wait for the next

By the looks of them now there going to get nice and big in flower! The next couple of weeks tour going to see them grow quite a bit every day.

And I'm also very interested in going into edibles as you can really put it in anything. I've wanted to get some canna a coconut oil and butter lol just have a full 3 course meal with canna everything

I have always wanted a special brownie. Always, and by golly, Ima have at least one, once in my life. A girls gotta have goals! lol

Looking good Sorenna. Yeah, I expect yours to really start stretching. My girls have stretched so much since they started putting on flowers. Can't wait to see them go! Woot woot!

Thank you, Cannafan. Yes, the separation anxiety. lol I was never very good at it. My kids hardly even know what a babysitter is, because they rarely spent time with any. My plants are the same. Odd how that is.

I have been to the recipes section and lets just say my mouth is still watering. Caramel and chocolate are my kryptonite. I really dont like sweets that much, mostly just brownies, chocolate, caramel and only one or two types of pie, like chocolate and pumpkin. haha Depending on how well my lil lovies do at harvest time, I may be trying out a few things.
