A good one, not a modest one LOL.

Hahaha that song is a little old to reference to me, but luckily my musical side was born in the 60's ;)
I am lucky, its cool that my parents are open minded to it now :)

Short update today, I've been noticing some issues in the newer fan leaves on my big UKH1 plant. :( It sort of looks like a phosphorous def to me, but I think it could also be from lockout/pH fluctuation/nute burn. So the background to this problem is I'm not so sure the drizzle a week or so ago flushed the plant as much as I might've liked it to. Since the other nute burn I saw on her, affecting the lower fan leaves, I've been giving her half strength on the General Organics rec'd regimen, every other watering. Between feedings I've been giving it just clean rainwater at about 7.0 pH. But what I noticed is when feeding it with the GO nutes, the pH is REALLY low pre-watering... I adjust it with a lot of pH up, but even after about 40-50 drops of pH up per gallon or 2, the pH is still between 5.0 and 6.0, so I just leave it at that, since I don't trust adding too much pH up to any feeding... I'm scared that adjusting it too much with the added nutes might be the cause of the problem? idk... I'd really appreciate any advice I get. Here's some pics of the issue, I removed most of the affected leaves but I'll leave some on to keep an eye on it.

Here's big UKH1 overall, today my mom and I were bending all the new growth little fan's down at bud sites on all my plants per Light Addict's style to try and encourage tight bud formations.

Here's Juicy Lucy, aka big UKH2, she looks really healthy actually, despite getting the same waterings every time as big UKH1.

Here's my two youngest clones (of UKH2) looking a lot better after their early wilting from too much sun/heat. They get direct sunlight in the morning now, but I move them under shade for the hotter afternoons.

and here's a family photo of my other 4 plants, BBK is in the white/grey pot in the middle. Euphoria is to its left, my middle-sized UKH2 clone is behind BBK, and to BBK's right is my mid-sized UKH1 clone. All looking pretty good. I ended up fimming BBK and EUP again because EUP's fim didn't take and I don't want them getting too tall.

Thanks for following, and any advice given! :Namaste:

Edit: Oh and remember that mutant leaf on my mid-sized UKH2 clone? well the attached stalk on it kept growing...and the fim actually gave me 3 tops instead of the 2 I suspected, it just needed a little extra time because I cut it close. So both fims on my midsized clones gave me 3 tops! yay :)

Here's a couple pics of problem leaves I removed, all from uncomfortably close to the new growth.
I'm leaning towards thinking it has to do with pH, but Idk if I should stop adjusting or if its needs more adjustment...any 2nd opinions? Today I watered her (Big UKH1) with 2 gal of 7.0 rainwater.

SG, your plants good pretty damn good, I wouldn't be too worried about a few leaves not looking perfect.

First off, I have no experience with the GO line of nutrients. I'm pretty sure PH up and down products aren't good for a living organic soil environment. I did a quick google search and apparently they do sell organic PH up and PH down. The thing is this doesn't make any sense to me. Any PH up or down product (organic or not) seems like it would send shockwaves through the beneficial microbial population.
Organic soil mixes should naturally buffer the PH of the soil, to the extent that checking it or attempting to change/correct it is not at all necessary.
Inside a living soil mix in a container you could measure and find varying PH levels at different areas within the container. This is absolutely fine and dandy.

My thoughts on the GO bttl'd nutes are mix them with your water and feed the plants. The PH of your soil shouldn't get thrown out of wack, just because you add a solution with an undesirable PH.

I've never PH'd a compost tea, but I bet it's either way high or low. But it doesn't matter at all and the plants love it.
I don't wanna steer ya wrong, but I think that if ur really going at it organically, the PH meter should become a paper weight.

Yeah I had a feeling that where I was messing up could well have been just from trying to adjust the pH too much (or at all)... thanks COorgs, I won't be using the pH up/down anymore and I'll see if that helps.
I measured my runoff just now, after adding 2 more gallons of 7.0 rainwater and it comes out to 6.5... I don't think there really is a pH problem unless I'm creating one by using adjustments...
I'll keep an eye on it. How close the problem leaves are to my bud sites just worries me, never had that happen before.
Hopefully that clean rainwater will clear out the pH adjustments from my recent feeding.

Yeah try not using and see if u like results.
Honestly, your ganja plants look about as good as it gets to me.
Thanks so much for the second opinion, I'll worry less now. I kind of freak when I see something I don't understand on my plants. Taking a chill pill now and going to do just that, no more pH adjustments, see if it works out. :thanks::Namaste: +reps for the great response.

Yeah, I just went back and reread the first page of your journal. I confirmed that you are in fact all about the organic bud. Nice.

Do you have a worm farm or bin yet?

Thanks for the reps.

I know theres lots of worms (and other bugs) in our composting bin, and also a few worms in the local soil I dig up every time I get a nice chunk. I don't remove the earthworms when I mix up my soil, I just let them stay in...theres probably a few earthworms in my plant's pots haha.

Why aren't you at Dracula's castle yet daTs??
and thank you :) But I wish UKH1 didn't have those ugly spots :(... aw well. Not gonna kill her.

Aww well... I wub you. :passitleft:
