Here is little miss sunshine today! Had to rearrange the lights a bit so she would grow straight up (she’s a sativa) and NOT like she has scoliosis

Hey little miss Sunshine & hello to the plant too! What’s going on? You can top now but it will slow the plant down - most suggest waiting until 5 nodes or pairs above the cotyledons, looks like the leaf nibbler is back

gross I know but I’ve got dogs that come in basement at night via doggie door, back in October I was getting one or two per day then I found that pair in my trap at once & flipped out... it looked like a Tom & Jerry cartoon after that - I had traps everywhere...
did she just start leaning? Good instincts to support her to grow straight!

Oh! And yep! She just started leaning today (I think! Didn’t check her yesterday) so I decided to nip it in the bud! Btw, I’ll also be adding another seedling soon; Jack Herer. Dropping her in the soil rnHa, ha... I know - right?

No, not munching at that time but the grow spaces are in the basement. The change of season was driving them indoors but they would have found the tent and the self serve salad bar soon enough. Oh yes they get a lot of sport out of catch & release.

Also, can all you pls give me your thoughts on little miss #Sunshine! When y’all think I should top her?!?!they are so cute at that age! typically when you have 4 to 5 pairs above the cotys it’s safe, when they have less than 4 to 5 pairs it seems topping really slows the plant down

Idk...Wow yes I see what you mean, that girl has grown up! Didn't get the reference but that’s cool too! Yes let her grow and make the snip on weekend or Monday something if you can wait. If she got 5 or 6 pairs before the snip then she will bounce back quicker, but I don’t like to wait until 7 pairs because rge just get tall and lanky it seems. When you do the cutoff leave the stubby stem long - if that makes sense. Another way to say it is - cut close to the Y even tho it looks funny to leave a long bare stem sticking up. The long stem helps the plant to not split as easily when you start bending on her and tying limbs down.
I found one of my girls has spider mites so I’m putting the kibosh on some tiny critters. She was small but ready so I took her harvest and hope to reveg in a few months. Got maybe a gallon of produce but much less than I hoped for, it was just a Hawaiian Haze cbd plant but I can use that in my blended oils strategy

Yes ma’am helps to rotate your plants... also roots love air but not light maybe wrap foil around clear cup or sleeve with another cup but cut the bottom out of second cup - she’s gotta still get air
What size container and how many pairs on Ms. Sunshine now? She looks to be ready for bigger home soon.
