Shadowman's First Grow

Good afternoon my friends, Welcome. I think they will like and do very well in the 12/12 cycle. I raised the T5 five up about 3", I'm somewhere around 9-10 in. above the tops and they are headed that way. LF (Little Frankenstein) is filling out and gaining height as well as Medi (Medijuana). I just hope I've got enough watts and lumens for some solid, decent size Colas. The seedlings are doing nicely and continuing to grow also. The LF2 (clone) has what I think is minor shock from the clone dome to jungle syndrome. It's not horrible and I'm confident it will have a full recovery. I am keeping an eye on her all the same. If need be I'll start introducing some nutes at 1/4 strength. Watered and fed the 2 in flower about an hour before lights out this morning. 1/2 gal. 64oz ea. I started some bloom+ this feeding and will continue that for a couple of feedings and see how they are liking it, if all is good, I'll keep the schedule. If not, I'll skip one or two. Temps are mid 70's in the box and low 80's in the tent and humidity is at about 50% in the box and 40% in the tent. The Magnesium deficiency is not showing any signs of flaring up in Medi1 but I did have a touch of nitrogen deficiency starting on about 6-8 fan leaves with LF1 but it is steady since last treatment and gave another dose today 24-8-16 and there is a little nitrogen in the bloom+ also. Other than that they look really good in my opinion, nice rich green color and sturdy branches and stalks. Here's some photos and I'll see you on the other side.

That concludes todays ride, please exit to your right and watch your step. Thank you for coming by and following my quest for sticky, tasty nugs. Stop back anytime and shoot the breeze, I'm here all week.

These lessons that are sinking in will never happen again, so to some degree I'm glad this happened on the first round, making my next go-round that much better or at least the plant will be in safer hands.

Hey Chinnubie, Don't beat yourself up too bad, you'll be fine, you're almost to the finish line and less than a week away from the chop. We all make mistakes, hell, I drowned 4 or 5 seedlings my first attempt. It's alright to make mistakes as long as we learn from them. Just like there is no dumb question, except the one you don't ask. Chalk it up to buck fever and file it away with the other lessons you've learned. You're doing a great job my friend.

Thank you MaggiesFarm, They are looking better than they ever have right now. I'm very pleased with the flow of the grow. Thanks for coming over. How's your girls doing?

They have been growing like mad since they've been outdoors. I wanted to top them all week but circumstances have prevented that from happening. It will happen tomorrow. Take a look tomorrow after I get pics up.

Shadow I thank you for the kind words. When I had gotten ready to start the next phase(Flower) I should have been fully prepared but I failed the test. Like I said I won't let it happen EVER again. You are a much better organizer than I am, I'm one of those people that has to write down their own instructions so as not to forget or screw something up. Funny how humans learn over time, isn't it. I'm not even sure where I'm going with this point but I think I've figured out the kinks in my system to, like you say, grow some dank sticky goodness. Don't know if I'd still be moving forward without you and the 420Mag community, so heartfelt thanks to you and 420.

Well, hell I didn't even tell you Medi is going to bring a lot of flowers, I hope, rather, I know your prepared, so enjoy the growth because they really take off in this stage. Great job.

Hello, Welcome everyone. It's been hot all week roughly 10 degrees above normal. Humidity has been tolerable but the sun is intense. Not much new really, however I feel like I should journal everything about the grow that I can. After all, it's a journal. I fed Medi1 2 cups Cal/Mag+ and fed LF1 2 cups 24--8-16 for Nitrogen deficiency. I also fed the seedlings 4oz Cal/Mag+ and LF2(clone) 2oz 24-8-16 for Nitrogen deficiency. Nothing too serious I just want to stay out in front of things. I'll right let's get to the photos. I forgot to take some of the seedlings and clone so I'll post some later also for them.

:thanks:

Thats exactly right! We have all been there, and some are still there...... We all learn from each others successes and failures. I am guilty of murdering a few ladies.......

Take note if you have to. i have a journal that I keep all my records in. AM and PM Daily: Air Temp, Humidity, Ph, PPM and also nute temp. Then I have a section for any notes. IE, when I transplanted, when I topped, changed nute strength, and also any tips or advice I receive on 420 mag.

Its extra work, but gives me piece of mind knowing everything I did in this current grow can be looked up to compare to current notes and numbers.

Your temp and humidity look perfect! Right now, I am battling high humidity in my tent. Im going to pick up a dehumidifier tonight....

Hey Cannabis 1, Welcome back. The temp in the flower tent can get up to 82 sometimes, the humidity pretty much takes care of itself. The veg box does really well with both. Even though I have 9 cfls in that box, there is barely any heat at all. Stop back again brotha.

Hey Shadow I'm a big enough man to admit when I'm wrong and I have to admit your right about my buds they have really filled up with resin and I think it might turn out better than I thought, sorry for being such an ass.
