Wow, your up early. I usually start reading journal around 5:30-6 in the a.m. and most folks are sleeping. Anyway, great disclaimer and being a Blues fan has it's own kind of trouble the other teams are pretty decent organizations on the surface so I'll leave it at that. The half-basement is exactly what I was thinking of doing as well, looks like your gonna get a jump on yours before I can get to mine. Your wife won't mind you taken up half the basement with your 'WEED"? I had to buy mine a new car to get a 2nd grow, she's a hard negotiator when she knows I want something. Damn women, can't live with'em, can't live without'em. Everyone knows I'm KIDDING! You know some people just can't take a joke. B A R is the big Yankee fan if you wanted to know. Here I go again rambling and what-not, I am looking forward to Medi flowering she's going to look great and I hope you have to use all of your dowlrods as well.

Hey Chinnubie, Thanks for stopping in. I'm always up at that time, the alarm goes off at 1am 5 days a week, I just don't always get to the magazine that early. I'm a very lucky man, my wife not only doesn't mind, she encourages it. She can't enjoy the weed because of her job but she likes the smell of it when I smoke and she is looking forward to the veggie garden that will be going in when I get the basement cleared. She also likes the smell of me smoking cigars! How lucky am I? Most guys I know that smoke cigars are banished to the garage or backyard to enjoy their stogies. I see your wife picks her battles wisely! Nice bit of negotiating on her part. However, you didn't come out of it smelling too shabby yourself, you probably would have bought the car for her sooner or later anyhow so it's a push. Each thinks they bested the other and all is happy and serene at the Chinnubie's. Well played my friend. Stop in again when you have some time.

I concur on the basement garden, I'm not the tidiest gardener so the unfinished basement with concrete floor is user-friendly for me as well. You have a big day coming up, Don't you? My wife enjoys the smell of my cigars too, but I haven't smoked in the house for 6 years when my mother-in-law moved in with us. I hope she turns the corner on me growing cannabis. 30 years ago, before kids, I used to come home from work and she and one of her friends would be sitting at the dining room table smoking a joint.

Big Blues fan here since the days of Red Berenson. Watched Bernie Federko for 40 games in KC before he got called up. Playoffs are always so frustrating.

Welcome my fellow Blues Fan! I didn't move to the area until 1986 and went to my first game February of 1987. I was hooked from the moment I walked into the Checker Dome. We played the Minnesota North Stars and won. I've been bleeding blue ever since. I had the pleasure of meeting Bernie "The Magician" Ferderko. My wife won tickets and they were for a party suite with a meet and greet. Bernie Federko, Darren Pang and John Kelly came up to the suite before the game and shot the shit with us for about 20 minutes. We've also met Chris Mason when he was in net along with Ty Conklin and another time we met Barret Jackman and David Perron. They all are extremely nice and down to earth. "Big Walt" was a favorite of mine. One tough customer in front of the net. The only good thing about the season ending in mid June is another season starts 100 days later. This years home opener is October 9th and we host the NY Rangers. It's only the second time in Blues history to host the Rangers for the home opener and haven't since 1970. Maggies' Farm you are a fan, wow Bernie Federko and Red Berenson those name bring back some old memories of the original Checkerdome, God I loved that place during a hockey game, back when you could smoke and throw beer on Blackhawk fans. Great days indeed. This is what I usually looked like when we went to games. The stories are boundless. Thanks Maggie.

My first trip to a StL Blues game (had already seen many KC Blues games) was vs Pittsburgh in '69. My dad took me, dinner at Stan & Biggies before the game. Walking into the Arena and seeing the ice was awesome. I was used to the dump KC played in, old rodeo barn. I always hated the Blackhawks, now I find them tolerable.

I can see it now, the three of us getting together for a night of Blues Hockey and sticky bud.

I have another friend of mine who can tell you current and former players like he worked for the team. I've known him since first grade and we've been token ever since high school. That would be a great time.

All who enter. I've decided to flip Medi1 and LF1 to flower mode. I switched most of the 6500k bulbs out for the 2700k's I did leave 2 2' 6500's in the overhead T5. The tent looks empty compared to yesterday before I put the seedlings and clone in the grow box. I left a few tie downs in place just to keep the center open for light penetration. I've got about 3' of head room for the T5 so I shouldn't have any problems running out of room in the next 7-9 weeks. I'm really looking forward to seeing the genetics on these two strains. I hope they produce fat, rock hard nugs and have a heavy indica high. Let me post some photos and get the Flower Power rolling.

I'm ready for all the changes that are getting ready to take place and enter a new phase of growth. I'm pumped about flowering, I hope I have enough light to get a decent result. I know it won't be as good as it could be but I am going to stay optimistic and will them to produce some sticky dankness. "Keep The Green Side Up" my peeps. Hey Rad I just pulled up a seat at the computer after making sure the lights went out, I don't trust cheap timers, I saw a light coming from underneath and I realized the orange light from the light bar, that has the fans plugged in, was glowing. Could that affect flower growth or retard the process?

You aren't as moronic as I am. last night I changed the light schedule on my cfl for the clones in veg. It seems that 18/6 isn't really 18/6 when the lights go off at 2AM and the sun rises before 5AM. I'm awake at 5AM, no excuse for not noticing. My clones have been as sleep deprived as I am. The difference is, I DON'T NEED TO GROW BIGGER

If you can't make fun of yourself, I'd think it would be difficult to live with life's stresses. I need a lesson on what light does in a dark room, even a very small light source and Rad needs to brush up on adding and subtracting. Two peas in a pod I guess.

light during the dark phase during flower can cause female cannabis plants to hermaphrodite. Cover the light source with some think tape.

These lessons that are sinking in will never happen again, so to some degree I'm glad this happened on the first round, making my next go-round that much better or at least the plant will be in safer hands.
