Renaissance Man's First Official Grow: Blueberry OG, Gorilla Zkittles & Cream Caramel In Soil

5 gl you'll be back in 4 days? Think you'll be just fine may be looking to pull on that 5th day. Just happened to me with G. Where does the day you leave fall on her regular feeding schedule?

It's hard for me to say, but I'd venture to guess that I'd be 2 days from a watering/feed. I feed with every water.

I meant giving them a good fill up on whatever nutes or water. I would maybe fill her up before I go real well and try to stretch the end for when you get back cause that would technically be 6 days gone 7th day thorough check and that LWA could hit 50 overnight. G this time went from fine to ready in 12 hours or less. Never had that happen before. Remember we are all learning and noticing how different strains and just grows can be different...

phew.. ok.. stay tuned! Thanks @Krissi1982!

Flower Day 29 (beginning Week 5)
3 days since water/feed

Not much going on during flower that I see. Trying to manage the humidity a little more now. I'm going to up CC's nutrients next feed day. She's looking a little too light green.

Here are the latest pictures along with top bud sites:

Flower Day 34
3 days since water/feed

I am a little concerned with CC. Last water/feed, I upped the nutes to 5.5g equivalent and it seems to continue to yellow. I'm not sure this is the right direction. I don't think this is normal.
Should I continue to move up to 6g/gal on my next feed? ugh.

Everything else looks good and buds starting to stack.

Omg good job Ren!

They grow up so quickly!
Thanks @Trala. They're getting better, but I'm concerned about how much TB to add or decrease. I think I need to add more, but it seems pretty high. I'm going to search around and see if anyone has been using up to 6g/gal in flower.

Flower Day 35
Water/Feed day

These plants are all starting to be consistent with needing water every 3 days. I kept my GZ and BB plant at 5g/gal and CC at 5.5g/gal of TB. Continued to add DIY calmag, however, went to the Hydro store a few minutes ago and picked up a bottle of CaliMagic and also a bloom nute. I'm a little nervous introducing it because it states that regular base nutrients may have to be lowered as much as 50%. Yikes. I have a couple of days to think about that.

Anyways, here are the plants. CC is definitely yellowing pretty bad and not sure how to stop those big fan leaves from getting worse. Good news is that it is not affecting the buds, however, I am unsure if it is slowing down bud growth. Trichomes are getting thicker but these buds are much thinner than the other two.

who has been in there since veg. I'm not sure what he's eating, but he seems to be harmless. He must be eating something because he started off pretty small. I'll let him out when it's time for harvest so he has a great story to tell his friends and family.

Get a close up of CC if you can. I can't believe the littles!

I can't get a real color but you get the idea. It's actually my best looking plants, at least from a bud's perspective. She's a stinky one :D

Staring at CC today noticing how many more orange hairs, it appears that she will be finishing sooner than the other two. Then it dawned on me: this is a freebie seed and what I found out is that there is a Cream Caramel, Cream Caramel Auto, Cream Caramel CBD and a Cream Caramel F1 Fast Version.

I always assumed it was the plain Cream Caramel but now I'm thinking it might be the F1 Fast Version, in which case, it may be ready at 7 weeks. The CBD is ready in 8 weeks and the straight Cream Caramel is ready in 8-9 weeks.

I think I may forego her next water and start droughting her. Today is day 36 for her and in 7 days will begin her 7th week. There are very few amber, and I mean very few. @Krissi1982, do you know if when you begin droughting, are there any/few/many amber trichomes?

This might also explain her yellowing of leaves? I mean I could push the nutes harder in a couple days but not sure if that's going to be worth it.

hmmmmmm

Is that a Little Monster you’re striking there?

They look really good Ren :)

And good job with the cricket. I have a couple of spiders who are getting fatter by the day!

Thanks @Trala. Yeah I tried one of each but looks like only the GZ is taking. Will be interesting to see where it goes

Flower Day 38 (week 6)
Water /feed day

All looks good in the tent. I added today, MOAB bloom and 3ml/3l of calimagic also. I cut TB in half on all plants. Not sure if I should have done that for CC whose fan leaves are yellowing pretty bad. Also BB is definitely nitrogen rich with her leaves in a darker green than I'd like so I'm hoping that will
fare better.

I had about 10% when I started G. Usually around the same w the others also.....what did you think also contributed to the yellowing?

Nice scope, RM!

I don't go by whatever day they say...I've had plants go 3 weeks past what they said and also 2 weeks before so, just go by trichomes which you got great shots of!

Thanks, yeah I'll do that! I feel like overnight the trichomes started to increase. I got the approval to buy a filter so that and an intake fan are on the way. It's getting pretty stinky in the garage and now outside the garage. I'm not sure how that's going to work without another another exhaust fan but I guess I'll find out.

Not sure what the yellowing is due to other than lack of nitrogen. I'm nervous increasing my nutes especially adding the bloom nutes that suggest lowering the base nutes to 50%. The buds are not yellowing so just keeping an eye out... Any suggestions?

do you have a standing AC unit by chance? That would help w the smell but the carbon filter should eat most of it up

I mean yea prolly but at this point, they should be leveling off on nutes. They peak around week 4 of flower for their needs then balance out. I would just ride it out. Seems healthy otherwise
