No the door to closet is usually closed when I smoke cigarettes. I have been known to blow mj smoke at them from time to time.

iy looks almost exactly like mine, only diff is my ballast is dimmable, and the hangers are slightly different, who makes it? do you mind me asking how much you got it for? im so happy for you!! woohoo queen!!!:thumb::high-five:

I remember someone on here saying that blowing mj smoke at them wouldn't hurt...Now who said that shit? lol...my long term memory is shot to hell or I should just say I have selective memory.

Irish--I liked your light for that reason that it was dimmable..lol..I got it from ledwholesalers from Ebay. I paid with shipping 132.50 but this seller has had many auctions with the same light. I have seen it go as high as 180 bucks. I don't know if it was a bargain or steal but it seem like it when I saw the other auctions. I am so giddy now that I have it...*grabs Irish's hands and starts jumping up and down*....*moves spliffy in the middle* and runs circles around her....lol...

Gator---I gotta start having a portable throne so I can easily post up on everyone's journals...Not a porta potty but a throne that has everything I need close by like grinder, mj, papers etc.....

Room temp with light on is at 77 and humidity is at 47... I did move one of the sprouts in with the ladies. I also moved the big fan in front of the closet to keep it cool and give them a breeze.Now can someone tell me how much of a hit I am gonna take with the electric bill? And here is a pic of the light with plants in the closet. I read somewhere on here I think that light should be 18 inches above plant canopy so that's where I have it for now...

Mr. Gator, I know you know your stuff. It is a 400w so putting it that close will not cause any kind of burn? Guess I am a bit nervous since my cfls had fell a few times burning some leaves. I'll let the ladies get use to the light for tonight and will move it a bit closer tomorrow...How about 12 inches tomorrow then adjust it again to 10 after that? It is still getting a good bit of light considering they're use to cfls. I can imagine them saying...she gave us more light so we're gonna give her more bud because she loves us so...lol..:Love::Love::Love:

Just wondering, two people gave me reps but I don't see it posted..I still have two little lonely squares...lol..It's ok...I know how far I have come...from almost using urine to having bpn nutes...from pulling cfls around the house to getting my first light...Yep, this Queen has come a long way baby!!!

Yeah, you would be maxed out with the experience you have under your belt. I have heard that song when I watch one of my fave movies, Good Morning Vietnam...I can usually hear music if it has been recorded loud enough, if so then adjusting the volume to where I can hear. Or else I wear my Sony headphones. With tv, I use captioning but even that can be irritating when the caption is 5 minutes behind. I guess when hearing impaired the people that does captioning must think we don't notice.....Trust it is noticed.....

And yea I saw that nobody had noted this journal worthy of any rating so I rated it today!!! a total 5 star is well below what I would give this journal... But it is the highest I can put!!!

Have you ever gone to a ball game? I have, and I didn't go just to admire the arcane skills they employed. I went to help the home team win, and have fun.

queen its not a competition, no worries, your grow is good and so is your journal, i love the "like button" but its there to entertain us i suspect, same as reps and stars, something to do when your done reading and just not quite ready to go home, at least thats my take on that stuff, i have yet to see it get us anything tangible ,just cool bells & whistles:peace:

QT, I like the new light....it is a HUGE improvement. A 400 HPS is about 50,000 lumens, correct? your CFLs can't compare to that at all. And Your plants look fantastic! When are you going to start flowering? You should get some really good smoke from those girls. They are so nice and bushy. You should have quite a large sack of dank when this is completed. Oh, btw, I rated this thread a 5 star :) fwiw. I have never rated a thread before. I guess that I have just overlooked that feature on this site up until now.

I don't look at it as a competition at all. How could I possibly there is so much experience in these forums. I do set goals for myself and my grows, trying to make the next better than the last. Isn't that what we all do? The like button is my best friend on here next to the notifications.

Corey---Thanks, I am loving the light too. I just started the ladies on 12/12 last night. I can only fit 3 plants in my closet space at one time so I kinda got a perpetual thing going with at least 3 more grows after this one. I still have two good beans left, BlackJack and Big Bud. By the time I get to them hopefully I will be getting some more. I have been looking at others journals trying to see what strain to get. Atm, I prefer strains that are good for beginners. I am curious to how many oz I may get from them since they are much bushier than my first grow.

Kamy--Thanks, it took me a great deal of sacrifice to get the light but it was money well spent. And as long as I can see where my money went I am good. I can't wait to see the results at harvest. I'll be a picture taking Mama!!

Not much to really update on...I have noticed that some of the stems are looking a little purple. I had given them some epsom salt before the flush. I don't know whether to give them some more since the dirt is still very moist from the flush. I honestly can't stop looking at them. They just look too damn pretty to be cutting down. One thing for sure, they are kicking ass to be bagseed. And plant 1 will be getting revegged. Just to see if she'll get even bushier and maybe produce more. Wouldn't it be great if I could get in the Nug of the Month, to me that would truly be a great honor, not that MOTM isn't but Nug just shows the effort of hard work, ya know.

Actually, I have never gone to a baseball game. I think my attendance is exceptional because I check in on this site daily. If not on my laptop then with my phone. But not really anything special because I know others do the same. Thanks for saying I am fun, I try to be and I think making things fun makes it even easier.
