I'm going with olives from the shape of the leaves. Now what is the fruit bearing plant in the large pot in the 1st photo? Is it limes, olives what? What is that plant?
No more weddings or receptions here for me, but you can come down and grill anytime, Nev!If you ever host another wedding I’d love to come down and cater it if I could just use your BBQ I can grill up some really good sausages.
Thanks, C! Actually, I was thinking about your Blueberry buds when I took that picture!Beautiful PH nug(s)- reminds me of the Blueberry nugs, with the 50/50 colors..
They are quite sticky. Normally I don't need to clean my scissors during a several-hour trimming session since I trim the buds while they are pretty wet, but I actually had to stop a couple times each session to give the scissors an alcohol wipe down. Those nugs look sticky!
I think I will. I haven't decided exactly what I'm going to get tested yet, but pretty sure some testing will take place. Stay tuned. Are you going to get any of this year's harvest tested, now that you're approaching it differently from the past?

Shed is correct, it's an olive tree that I've kept small by having it in a pot. It's an Arbequina and produces just enough olives for me to cure each year. There should be enough ripe ones within a couple weeks.I'm going with olives from the shape of the leaves.
Interesting! The outdoor GDP took about 100 days of flowering before harvest, while these indoor clones will be ready much sooner. Also, while the outdoor buds were quite fat and dense, the indoor buds are even denser - almost rock solid.
I think so, damn those are some frosty buds!and maybe even frostier than the outdoor mother.
You're off to a pretty good start, I'd say!I'm still pretty low on the learning curve of artificial lights.
It will be interesting to see the difference in the flavor profiles and high compared to the outdoor mothers.I did some pruning on my two outdoor plants and decided to keep three of the shoots
Could the lack of purple be environmental? Given how different the harvest times and frost were, the color could reasonably be different as well. Now here's the strange part, all 3 plants look identical, and none of the buds have even the slightest bit of purple. My outdoor Purple Haze had lots of purple and my GDP had no purple so I'm guessing all 3 must actually be GDP. I don't really know how that happened.
Other than the artificial light vs sunlight, there really wasn't much difference between the two grow environments. Temps and humidity were pretty close to the same. The garage is not heated, and the lights were off at night so it cooled down pretty good. Both grows also got a steady dose of Purpinator. I guess, this was just a "non-purple" pheno of GDP.Could the lack of purple be environmental? Given how different the harvest times and frost were, the color could reasonably be different as well.
Could it be that inside it was always sunny and same temp. Outside, we get clouds, rain, haze, etc.? Happy Smokin'this bud is more solid and more frosty than the mother plant that was grown outdoors.
