Our Ongoing Grows

Ramble away anytime;;;
The Black Dogs I'm growing this time,, haven't seen a temp dip under 70 degrees,, so she won't have the pretty colors,, but she seems to be finishing up faster when it's hot ter, than cold. I flowered her 63 days easy. She's at 45 here. And I don't see more than a week left. Matter a fact,, I started flushing one tonight. My stash jars almost running on empty,, cept the auto flowers. They been keeping a gallon jar 1/2 full for the last few days. I kind of mix them up in grab bag jar.. But I did grab acouple pic to post up with'

And a fast pic of the two variants of UD complements of Con. The #3 has super sharp leafs and has tons of serrations and the #2 in more like most common leaf shape.

Hey Norcali,

I see a lot of white mold on lower leaves lately. Don't remember dealing with it these last few years. How do you deal with white mold? Is it ever too detrimental?

Lazyfish.. I'll drive by your thread in abit tonight,, sounds like PM, powdery mildew, downy mildew whatever one calls it. Yes, It's not a good thing. Humidity levels trigger it. If you're in veg they have a product called Green Cure. It works by making an environment inhospitable to mildews by PH changes. It's highly transferable by the wind or touching it. Hopefully thats not what you have..... If plants are in veg or early flowering,, it's treatable.

Right now Toasted one,, my stash jars are all low.. Kibbles and Bits.. But the insides are close.. The sample I smoked of the Puppies,, seemed great. I'll know more after this other tester I have drying out smokes up.

Hey woody I have just read a story from your kneck of the woods that made me laugh
A guy was on his land an a DEA agent came up to him an said Sun im gonna have ta check yer land cause we beleive you my be growing Drugs;)
The man looked at the DEA guy an said sure thing sir but Do Not go over into that part ,,,well the DEA guy lost it an shouted back Sun I have the Right Ta go Anywhere taking his badge off and shoving it into the landowners face :) The land owner took a step back an simply said well ok then go do what you gotta do,,,not many mins had gone by when the landowner could hear screaming an looked around to see his meaniest bull chassing a terified agent the man could see the agent wasnt gonna make it to the fence without being goured :)
So he droped all his tools an ran as fast as he could Jumped onthe fence and shouted to the agent show him the same Fking badge you showed me :) good day woody :Namaste:

I like that Jaga.. Thats too funny... I don't know why this came to mind, But here's an interesting thing about game wardens back home. They had a point system on duck hunting. That area I was from is called The Rice and Duck Capital of the World' Stuttgart Arkansas. Well, this point system they used, I can't remember what they were,, but lets say 100 points is the daily limit. A Canadian Goose or Black Duck are worth 100 points. Kill one,, you're at the daily limit and time to go in. Mallards drakes were 15 points. Now you can shoot up 7 of them making 105 points and your done once you hit 100 points your by law to stop hunting. Now you can shoot 6 of them Greenhead drakes, which is 90 points, and then shoot the Black Duck and you're legal even with 190 points,, but you can't shoot the Black one first, or you can't shoot anymore. Now you're pulling the boat up to the ramp and you got a mess of ducks including a Black one. How do they know what you shot first? Damn thermometer. Up the duck's ass. I looked online to see what they were now,, they have changed. This was back in late 70's. Ducks use to blacken out more sun than this last eclipse did. I use to sneak up on this little pond and crawl down to the edge of the water and shoot one shot with the 223 and I'd kill 10 ducks. The first 3 were blown off the face of the earth in a cloud of feathers,, but the next 7 or so wood cook up. When I was a kid,, we supplimented our meat supply with alot of game. We'd eat more wild game than domestic meat. To this day squirrles got to be my favorite meat. They are also the hardest to cook. You need to presure cook them beore you fry them or they are tuff as shit, but cooked right, they are worth it. Keepem Green

hey woody plants are looking good do you think it's time for the pups to be upgraded to full on dog those are some nice pom poms and the glues look good to what do you think of the glues do they smell good, thats a funny story about the ducks i have done a little flock busting to it's a good way to load up quick back in the seventies there were lots of them i mainly hunted in gridley grey lodge waterfowl that place had one side of the highway was hunt able the other was a preserve no hunting ever so we would do our hunt and we had to cruise the preserve ducks pheasants geese standing on the side of the road laughing at us mfs.

Gridley as in Butte County???? I got one of my tightest brothers up in that area. Kind of a good sized boy sleeved down with prison tattoos. Typical Biker name was Alley Cat. Shit, he'd be close to 70 by now. Dead more than likely. Least he should be if he kept living the life, I ran with all the Butte County boys when I was in Pelican Bay. Wasn't alot of white boys in there and you either got in Butte County's car or Modesto's car. I celled with Alley in Q, and then ran into him at the Bay for a year. He's a really good dude. If he likes ya and you come with a solid co-signer. Well, when he was in his prime he was a Full Patched Member, if ya know what I mean... He lived southeast outside Gridley. He was with me on my last Sturgis Run. My damn hip almost popped outta socket 5 or 6 times on that trip so I figured it's time to park it cept short Mandatory Runs. He had a Bad Ass Indian 1940 Highway Patrol,, Bad ass bike, the one with the HUGE skirted fenders. It was a hard ride on them long trips. I had a rigid 51 Panhead that was a back killer too. Kidney belts required after afew long runs on that one.

I agree with ya.. Animals know what and when. Especial deer. After the opening morning of gun season,, every deer runs for a thicket, or a Conservation Area. I was lucky down there as far as deer woods. We had a 500-acre thicket so thick you couldn't see 5' into it. But when they logged it, they left 10 or 12 trees standing. Big trees. They make a great stand. Every deer for miles knew where that thicket was. And it was in the middle of my Aunt place so only selective people get to hunt there. All the land around it was leased for private clubs. Was this little spot in the bottoms that had some pecan trees growing, so it help tons of squirrle and everyone has been hunting that pplace for years. New club bought the lease and put up all new posted signs everywhere. When we spring squirrle hunt is afew months before deer opens. Everybody around there knows not to be out shooting a month before deer season. But these peoples ran me and my partner off for popping acouple. They even complained to my Uncle who was Sheriff. I didn't go back there to hunt anymore. I passed them at the local bar acouple times and they acted all snoty and said a couple remarks that almost got me into trouble. Opening day of deer season,, them big dollar stuck up yankees all cut dogs loose to get the deer moving. Where do they move,, to the thicket. I got my buck at sunrise and was packing him to the truck when a dog busted a deer across the road and went on my land,,, his dogs followed on it's ass. They wanted to go take a shot on our place now... LOL posted MFer... Later that year they even jump shot a small buck and he ran on our place to die. Law of the land says the hunter should offer the land owner a hindquater. I told the pricks they weren't going to tresspass period. Man they got pissed. And I got a extra 100 pounds of meat. But Before the next season,, was primative weapon season, came along,, we met under a different tunes.. He ofered me a beer and said I could squirrle hunt anytime I wanted..He wasn't a bad dude, and we ended up letting him bow hunt the thicket that season.. But he sure rubbed me the wrong way at first..

I used to have a 55 pan. Was horrible for long rides. Been riding most of my life. Now my back is wrecked. Can't ride much anymore, even with a modern scoot. Sucks getting old. Woody you from Arkansas? I have a son who lives in a town a believe called Cabot. Are you familiar with that area. I think it's near little rock

thats a good story woody yes thats in butte county i don't even no if that hunting place is there anymore that was back in 68-70 when i hunted there gridley was a post office and a little store and i think the ford dealer was there thats about it if you werent paying attention you might not even see it went threw there a couple mos. ago hell it's grown quite a bit,i never road one of those i did some dirt bikes one summer up in the hills there paradise way i put 4000k on my trail 100 looking for old home sites and mines and anything else we could find to scrounge on, those old bikes weren't about comfort,i no what you mean about people i had a store director that was always trying to tell me how to do my job a grocery clerk telling a meat cutter how to do it that didn't go well with me we were in each others face so close i could smell his breath then 3 hrs.later quitting time and were at my place playing ping pong having fun,btw i have eaten a few squirrels in my day, maybe you should look up your old buddy he might still be there!:smokin2:

This is PM, milk and baking soda diluted in water should wipe it out at this point when it's weak. Compost tea won't hurt either.

Yes, and you're lucky Lazyfish it's as young into flower as she is.. That leaves alot of options, there is a product called Serenade Garden Disease Control Biofungicide that uses bacteria to kill it. I tried it acouple times and had good results. I liked it better than the Green Cure,, like Con said is other ways to jack with PH levels over buying baking soda. But now is the time to deal with it and fast. You have plenty of time to use the Serenade. and that's what I'd suggest. The thing is it is a mold,, and you have spores running around everywhere now. PH'ing as an attack, I don't think will fair as well. The PH will dissipate quickly and leave your unprotected leaf open for reinfection. I think this stuff has better legs in the staying power. Whatever you treat it with do the regiment they suggest,,, you make sure you spray every square inch, top and bottom till it runs off. And spray the surrounding areas, even mist the top of the soil and the pots. If you can keep the infected ones away from others. You have to nip this in the bud or you're going to have a bad problem in 3-4 weeks. Open the plant up to airflow, like lolly popping and defoliation. I'd do this before you spray,,, fewer leafs to contend with. Just make sure you don't go from one plant to another, transferring spores as you go.. GL with it.. I've lost afew crops to it. Didn't see it till it was too late and by then all my plants had it. GL

Speaking of spraying,, time to do my worm spraying for the season. One shot Jack. I use that atomizer to mist them. And another good thing about this stuff, besides it works for up to 21 days is it doesn't have to come in contact with the worms to work. It goes systemic witch means in travels thru out the plant if you miss and only spray the bottom or part of a leaf,,, it still works and when the worms eat the leaf,, they get sick and die from the insides out.. Fitting death if I ever heard of one. Eat my plants and they will eat you MFer.... BTW I use that Captins Jack's still... My bottle is about gone,, but I got this dose.

One of my brothers is having mold problems. He's got some photos and auto's growing together in a area boxed in by wood privacy fence. He's already culled an auto. I don't think he's got enough air flow. Looks like growing outside has it's pitfalls here in Michigan. Weather here is too unpredictable

Hey )))) WOODY (((( how the fuck are ya? Missed all your shenanigans beings on vacay an all... thought I'd get on here more but the fishing pole kept calling my name .... and beer + weed! Happens every time. Path to hell, paved with good intentions.

I see you're up to your good ol green thumb shit. Good thing that bike wreck didn't brake your green thumbs, eh buddy? Fuckin eh... you're back to killing it once again... there for a sec you were taking a break and now Bud Cola City @ the Woody Farm!

I'm still puffing on that gold sativa shit that blanks me out... I've tried it 35 times and same shit every time... where did I go and how did I get here?

It's good to be back and it's even better to see you're killing the green buds as usual.

Much love to you and yours.

They claim the Green Cleaner I use on hemp mites will wash PM right off the plant. Now if he's got bud rot or gray mold, that's a hard one. Is stuff you can use called actinovate which is used as a drench. Does it work?? I've used it for the last couple years but still get some rot by the rains.. I hear a sulfer burner will help to. I did find a spot of PM on one of my autos out there. Only a spot on acouple leafs so I took them off and sprayed with the Green Cleaner and they are completely gone. BTW Mi, yea I'm from Arkansas nd I do know where that town is Cabot. And welcome Back Mister BBrown hope you had a good rest.
Ok I've got acouple pics to post up. First I found a intresting pic on the net. Overkill? No one knows what this guy is growing behind the camo.
