Organics - Round 2 - Fresh Start!

HEY ALL

got the computer back up finally!!! I just want to send a special thank you to all of you for sticking around in my time of hardship with my computer!!! it has been a major pain, but I hope that I have fixed the issue!!! I will be back to upload as soon as I can edit some photos and upload them for you all!!! a little update for you all!!!

GDP has started showing sex!!! she is a she!!! so that now means that I am at 100% success rate with hermie seeds giving me females!!! still having a yellowing issue, I am hoping that it is due to CFL, i heard somewhere that CFL will give a lime green instead of the green we all know from cannabis!!! so that is what I am dealing with right now!!! they get fresh air everyday and they also get 4 hours of direct sunlight then when the sun is out of range for light on the plants, back in the tubs til the 12!!!

Yes, I know. I remember how you were there for me. I got a journal up and running now for my second grow. Its still bagseed but just got some beans yesterday, Lemon Skunk which I have germinating and Big Bang.

Hey bro sorry can't pm yet not enough posts but idk if I'll start a journal with my bpn because I only get on here with my phone but maybe once I get up and running here as I just moved recently so if and when I do start one I'll def. Keep you posted and for the record I'm going to be using blue max with liquid blue :thumb: :morenutes:

Welcome home brother :)

Glad everything's good in the hood, I see a congratulations is in order for the purple princess :thumb: can't wait to see her flower.... Take cuttings!!!!!!!

Thank you to both of those!!! I would do cuttings but I dont have the space, that's why I was more thinking about light stressing her so she will herm and give me seeds, that way when I move into my new house, I will have a big enough area in my garage or if I get a big enough house, the spare bedroom!!!

WB stoner.:peace::high-five:

PIC UPDATE!!!

Here we are, finally, I have some pictures from 2 days ago, bare with me on the photo editing, I liked the way T12 and S2J would show off their fancy photo editing, so I went and got the same program and am learning it!!! it's not an easy program, but hours of youtube and editing photos, and I am starting to finally get the hang of the basics!!! these photos were taken last night!!!

Feeding schedule is on max veg, which by the Feeding chart is crazy growth!!! except with the yellowing of the lower leafs I uped the Grow from 15ml to 30ml. other than that, everything is as according to the schedule!!! I also added the humidifier, due to the RH being at 20%, it now holds in the 50% range!!! I am starting to get the issues that I had with the clones, when they were in there, so I started reading tips, and humidity was 1 of the things that I failed to look at in my room!!! so now I have fixed that issue, the yellowing is the only issue I am now facing with...

GDP is now at 11 1/2in. and Afgoo has been super cropped down back to 8in.

Hope you all enjoy.

:peacetwo:

EDIT: also, does anybody know what can be causing my leaves on the Afgoo to droop like that??? it's not over watering!!! TRUST ME!!! i don't water for 4 days!!!

Nice Aston...I tried that supercropping on one of my plants and snapped it. How do you do this without breaking them?

The Afgoo looks like a comet , those leaves curling like that is not good. You might have some nutrient uptake issues. It can also be from over watering. which will eventually fix itself as the soil dries. smell the soil, if it smells like ammonia meh, The roots are in bad shape and you will need to change the soil. a soil without "pre loaded nutes", for a fresh start. My reasoning behind using non loaded soil, is I can better determine what the plant is using and needs. I can also regulate what it gets better. Just good old dirt, clean of course. you will need to flush the roots. I think I am getting a little out of my depth, so I will read more and get back to you. If anyone else has input please chime in. If I am wrong then I will have learned, and that's why i am here, and to help when I can.:peace:

Honestly, I don't know!!! LOL I kept trying to bend it til I felt a snap, and I never felt it, so I remember watching that video on you tube from the Oaksterdam Cannabis college video, it said to take the stem between your fingers and twist back and forth, then bend to snap, so I did the bend first and didn't hear the snap, I did the twist and I felt the stem weaken between my fingers!!! and viola!!!

You know, I knew that someone was going to say that!!! LOL!!! No sir, no way, no how am I over watering them at all what so ever!!! I have the notes down to the date and time that I water, feed, raise lights, shut them off, turn them on, humidity levels now and also temps!!! every day I watch the soil!!! I wait til I feel that it has gotten lite enough, then I either feed or water, depending on which I did last!!! the soil that I am using is supersoil, it came with no nutes preloaded, and it is exactly what I used on the Afgoo's from my summer outdoor harvest!!! although, I don't know my exact pH right now, due to my clumsy ass stepped on my meter, the last time I checked it, it was holding at 6.8 still .3 too high, but its where the Afgoo's stayed at as well!!! I was actually thinking about a flush on the next watering, just to see if they might bounce back out, but the GDP is in the exact soil mixture!!! with the exact same nutes and watering cycle!!!

Now with all that said, can someone please chime in on this root Aphids thing that I hear also take away from the roots nutes???

Also on that note, about the roots, I pulled the plants up to see if they are root bound, its about time for a transplant now!!! but anyways those roots are THICK and white!!! and spread all over from the mid pot all the way around and down!!! The roots have nothing wrong with them...

:peacetwo:

Also about the root Aphids, are they like gnats??? I know I have a few of them flying around in there, but some of them come out the bottom from the holes!!! like 1 or 2, im not saying they come pouring out or anything!!! LOL, but they all look like gnats to me.

And if this is the case in Afgoo, can I do the soil drench with the Azamax??? will this take care of the problem???

When you had the plants out did you see any thing crawling around on the roots?
