See, I step out for a bit and y'all leave me in the dust! When this state passed the MMJ legislation(without the approval of the R party, heaven forbid) with a 63% approval of voters, certain legislators made it their "elected" goal to show the 63% that we are wrong! When that didn't work, they held judicial hearings to see if they could circumvent the written law as approved by the voters. They have continued to use tax payers funds to narrow the interpretations, as they see fit. Which means we have to use our own monies to take them to court on every issue, to push back against their ill conceived restrictions. Their harsh, shrill voices continue to claim the laws are to "vague". Now their newest drive is to claim that the law does not allow for patient to patient transfers. If 63% of the voters approved the law as written, then exactly who are these legislators representing? Furthermore, if they took a sworn oath to uphold the laws of this state, why are they spending tax payer monies to thwart the will of the majority? Apparently, we have elected folks who believe that an election gives them unprecedented power to do as they please. These folks need to be voted out of office, and possibly re-educated in the proper conduct of an elected official, before we deport them(tongue-in-cheek). If 99% of the citizens would vote, then it wouldn't matter what the 1% wanted. Sorry brother, just had to rant. As for LED's, well, ours were the cheap ones and weren't worth the money spent on them. With electric being cheaper here then by you, I will stick with my "old" technology for now. It cost me about $300 per month to run 3-1000 watt HPS, 3-6 bulb T-5's, 3-6inch inline duct fans, 2 circulating fans, an air pump and a water pump(both used in the cloner). Not to bad for the amount of "medicine" I produce(~ 12 ozs per plant x 4 plants). Maybe in the future I will have the funds to try the good LED's. I'll try to get in here more often, as this is the round table for all things enlightning! Hope you and Jo are doing well brother. Peace be with you!
