The numbers out for Ph are say 4.2ish for the taller ones. 4.4 for the shorter ones. 5.8 for days.

Its weird. I looked - the yellowing where we dodged a bullet with cutting off the filler early (not got any of that still even with the crazy mix today)

I think its just the fancy deaths of the 3-4 that showed the tipping for the filler excess I realised. They’re all shifted about now so my eye memory is updating.

I think maybe I am throwing away 140L of nutes tomorrow and mixing again.

I just don’t know if I need them stronger or weaker. Or maybe my Ph tour along my favourite graph is gonna work out. Stay tuned for next exciting instalment of Ph Obsession

Honestly dunno!

Plants look good. Maximised the light efficiency with my new light adjusting potential SIP - Azi don’t worry. Whilst I step on it I always promise myself one day will be an epic SIP - 16” tall bucket at least.

I’m not sure what I’m going to see tomorrow.

The 4.2-4.5 range from double triple tested both IN and OUT totally throws me. Like someone slapped a Cheeseburger in my face.

Weird. I think dunno. You know what I think. I lowered the lights and turned up the gas 😆 Turn it all up. Don’t complain it goes wrong.

There was this whole thing with a Co2 tank and my truck as I up at home I heard a hiss. Onew straight away. Switched off the engine. Waved the Thai Cowboys staff and tenants away, family and dog inside. I have a roller lid on the pickup I shift it open and see the big Co2 tank through the With two of them in there together for the first time with the valves facing direction of travel ironically some vibration coinciding with me actually getting a small tank with a safety collar opened (I knew from how noisy it was 🤣) the larger tank through the safety seal. They were secured together. Some shake rattle and hum and think the safety collar nudged the big ‘un open.

My fault again.

Had the umm reception lady and a new kid load it. It was there in my mind - they should go bottom first. No idea why but just the way the other guys do it. Was messaging about stupid logos at the time. Two orange ratchet straps one for each future journey to keep them separately secured that were already - already dm - next to the coco peat stores now reside on my pickup bed. Where their rattle will annoy me but remind me not to do that again.

I vented off the gas decided there was too much to safely risk my own self in a semi enclosed space - Co2 be dangerous!

Waved everyone off for 5 minutes until I heard a pause and then jumped on the bed and turned the tap like less than less than a 1/4 inch and it was off.

& Co jumps up with me and asks what the ice is on the cylinder.
- Ice. Its about pressure, gasses and energy transfer. So lots off gas out that was under big pressure goes out quickly get ice. Can you make sure the village in the shacks people not say they get scared because have gas explosion and start asking for money for medical plants please?

I connect the small cylinder as the other one why bother wondering how much we lost. Its $12 max but they’ll probably give us a new one for free no questions asked. It was loaded by the new kid and the junior admin lady 🤷🏽

But my responsibility 100%. It is dangerous. It was a really stressful moment.

But I knew the correct response is something.

Also & Co seeing me stressed finishing up connecting the small one we have left…

- What did you say to the people across the street? Any problem?

“I put some ice off the tank in my hand and tell them, its just oxygen tank, like air. We use to keep all the marijuana plants cold”

Like some line 🤣

But seriously the only person likely to get hurt by that was me. You could drive my truck with that cylinder doing what it did through Times Square and the only person harmed is the guy driving a gas canister in a pick up truck through Times Square realises it was a bad idea 😅

However flippant I might sound. I take Co2 transport and care mad seriously.

I’ve always been saying that so this looks awful.

I accept that. But we we were aware of how to deal with an issue - walk away and make sure everyone else does too. Wait 5 minutes.

Totall, yeah every accident can be prevented with a time machine.

But me the Lad and & Co all knew within 10 hissing seconds, Houston….

The first response was perfect - safety first from all of us.

Yep yeah more straps. On me.

But yeah everyone knew the correct response because they know the risks and effects of Co2 Plants Good - People Bad

We talk a lot about it.

Meh. Glad we all knew what to worry about. Prefer it never happened. The quality of the response is worth more than why the accident happened. And if you figure out why it happened really quickly then O Rings all round.
 
Hells bells what an experience with the CO2. Your plants look so healthy to my eyes. That's a lot of nutes to discard. I hope you mange to save them. And, there are those stunning floor tiles again, soft oranges and blues!

“Hells Bells” is after 40-45 my Mum’s favourite expression 😂

The plants look amazing this morning to my eyes. Apart from needing a Thaistone Cowboy to come fix my light again. Proper sparky gotta come tonight. Out of gas. Because you know. Lost a whole tank. Did I mention? 😅

The light on the deliberate slant is for one lighter green one in the back corner. Need to double check but sure she’s darkened up over night.

As well as going mega on A/B also Cal/Mag got a massive bump. Like I don’t know anyone has given that many ml per litre 🤣

They seem good with it so far. It plays the range nicely.

Check again after light surgery.

Life gives you lemons.

Think I’m going to shift the SIP outside again, its not enjoyed its time under lights.

Frees up an @Mars Hydro FCE4800 as a temp light in the flower room. Can’t be doing with this lack of light for a day stress.

Mars - I ain’t complained yet but its like under warranty and all!

But get a more natural light picture off my weird Ph 4.2 plants! These will be Skunk 11 mostly.

There’s an author Michael Lewis I love. Read his first book Liars Poker when I was like 12-13 years old. Solomon Brothers. 80’s Wall Street.

He wrote a load more - Moneyball is great.

They’ve made movies out of a bunch of them.

The Big Short was a big movie.

Those guys, the guys that won, that predicted it it all and made bank off the 2008 crash now all tend strongly towards investments in potable water.

Like there’s a real bias towards that amongst the winners in the Freddy/Fannie implosion first covered as an Explosion in Liars Poker.

Its like that Open Casino/Close Casino pair of Simpsons episodes.

I would hate to throw 140L of water away.

I think my mega nutes get used maybe earlier in the day than expected. Need get more gas and the light fixed then I’ll feed then. Think we might be into twice a day territory soon.
 
Lights still under repair.

The Thaistone Cowboy at a loss. He had a touch of the Escobar about him to day and no hat. Drives a Ford Ranger same as me but his is like old skool cool obvs.

The builders that broke it tried and failed.

Sparky coming later. It shouldn’t be too much stress for them.

I think they put the other light over them for now.

Picked up new gas and stowed it properly. I thought it was free (drove off) but apparently that bit wasn’t resolved. Whatever. They gave me a nice full tank of gas! We’ll figure the $12 and it will never happen again.

Bumped into some guy in a restaurant today. Turns out he’s into distribution. Gave me some free Thai grown/made hash (its lighter than perfect but their first commercial effort snd thr low grade) and we swapped numbers. He had a half pound/ quarter kilo plonked on the restaurant table like ain’t no thing. Wild West. Fun times. Apart from light stress. Which is bad.

So wear sunglasses.

Its either a Glock or like an old school hip pocket for a big ass mobile phone, remember with the Nokia Communicator back in the day?

I’d go 50/50 - and specifically a Glock because popular here I understand. Not from personal stuff. The most popular guns are mostly home made for crime. Mostly made in & Co’s home state 😅

But then Glocks and then “any other”

But yeah on balance, he has no need of a Glock here, getting a license is a real pain, but likes the look? Probably a phone in a hip worn fanny pack?

Like seriously my light still not fixed and not swapped. Two hours to lights out.

Watering.

5.8 in at 3.4.

Gas mostly been off but the new bottle is oh so nice. Not bothering until the light is fixed.

The back right corner one is the lighter one in the shorties. Coming darker now All look mega to me.

Just waiting to find out what comes out after that low 4s yesterday.

I would think 5.8 because that’s what went in yesterday and went in today.

Just finished watering. The taller ones took less - not under lights al lot of them. Only dunno 40L total maybe?

Dunno but 4.2 Ph and EC 3.2 out was not expected. Totally paranoid something bad is going to happened but they look great. Dude Why Is My Ph So Low and My Plants look so Good? Is that available 😂

Yay. My sparky.

Turned up, smoked a cigarette while I was meeting the parents of my step daughters kid for the first time. Kids fairly steady about a year now. Some ups and downs but really & Co pretty firm on both of them 🤣

I’m sweaty and on the front doorstep mixing a 6L bottle of nutes with chemicals and syringes and they show up. Really respectable middle class Thai. Taken the kids out for pizza tonight apparently. And look like I dunno accountant and office professional. He’s in eyeglasses and brogues, collared shirt. I’m wearing not even long pants. No shoes. I broke my plugger earlier. That belongs in off topic for sure 🤣 Very work safe. Need to figure the upload ting.

Basically I look like the faded shorts and polo shirt wearing scruff that I am.

I really thought they were the license inspectors. Which would have been a stress but not a worry. We all good. Looked friendly types not shakedown types.

Anyway I’m thinking I’m not making the best impression., so I’m all

“Oh nice to meet you, Sir, your boy, lovely lad, very good at football and serious about it too, oh how lovely, took them out for Pizza I hear, oh wearing the football shirt I bought him from my team for Christmas. Sparky arrives- its all I care about is my light being fixed once and for all.

They had no interest.

They wanted a full tour of the facilities from & Co 🤣

It got to the point of getting stressful - tour guide stuff.

“Get them out the flower room now. 12 minutes to lights off” (I’ve prepped sparky he agrees its probably what happened with the builders thing, & Co with her version of it in Thai) and ai got the unlikely but possible in laws wanting a tour of my flower room.

Then sparky want to check out the seed machine because his mate wants to make one and wanders off in that room. (Which is beautiful but in the other journal) and I’m like
“Dude there are only 11 minutes left to lights out, tour after”

Was the cable where we thought. He properly properly fixed it, volt meter tested it and said he understood how it happened. I think it was some cable stress from inside and with the tight fitting inside (light tight) the waterproof connectors were stressed way back when. Light raising and a knock mean we had some stress.

Fixed. 3 minutes from lights out.

The other kids parents said best grow we’ve seen, much better than our cousins and the TikTok groups and I smiled and said thank you.

I need to sit down now and tip my sparky a full nug!

So yeah.

Light came back on this morning. Yay.

I dunno the whole Ph thing. Weird. Still freaked about that. The plants - i dunno. There’s one in the corner still a bit lighter. And there is definitely some colour variation lighter to darker which ai’ll keep an eye on but it may well
Just be the strains. I need a map of the plants. Sadly I’m now much too big to be doing anything for than opening the doors to that room. Some of them are giants already but I think vertical growth maybe slowing. Let the bud bulk up begin. Pumped up the Co2 which was mostly off yesterday.

Giggled. They look like really nice. No joke. Yay.

Not much on today. We have enough head room for now. Water and gas them. See what happens with the Ph and full lights today. Think the dehumidifier needs adjustment to get it even drier in there. I think my electricity bill is due today 🤣

I don’t think I’ve got any sales type stuff on. Day job has been really busy already today but think I’m about done with scheduled stuff there too. Not even 9am….

Yeah walked outside to the truck and the Electricity Company meter reader is there with his little machine to print my bill and put it in the special little mailbox for the electricity bills.

Driving home dreading the electricity bill and nearly getting smashed by a water truck (not many people are connected to mains water - we have a borehole and storage) ) and a cement truck (lots of construction) at the same time. It was really nice.

Track one was on while I was navigating a load of Thais and then Chinese Tourists while pulling out and turning around and Track Two for the traffic circle/roundabout with cops everywhere because its the biggest meh. I’ll put the link in Off Topic. But that place is legendary. I did indeed shimmy shimmy and went yay!

Track 3 I skipped through to - I’m actually driving towards a beach while that’s on when said trucks try to annihilate me. The drivers are often paid by journey and to stay awake they take “Yaba” Pills they’re the equivilent pf “Go Pills” that armies in combat like. Mild meth amphetamine. Super cheap. Like 10c’s and massively illegal. No interest in trying them. Bad news for poor Thai people.

Then a guy in a pickup/bakkie tries to take a free left at the traffic lights/robots he’s not entitled to. Seriously?

I get home to find it wasn’t water meter reading day just the place opposite and it was HVAC service day. Apparently I’m a couple of days out. Well 5 days so that’s like nearly a week sized fail.

The AC in the Franken Room for seeds is broken, its under the three month guarentee from the last one and the flower room one is leaking on the doorstep which annoys me and doesn’t give off the right impression to visiting dignitaries. It sounds like someone has a gas leak outside and its not me! Think they’ve broken the seal on something. 😅 I hear lots of gas hiss and - OK they’re welding pipe. Phew!

I had this dream I was thinking about on the way to work this morning (checkout the off topic link for a picture of the turnpike I use a couple of times a day - leftside for restaurant underpass for gas) about having specifically 16.7 Ph (yes I know) and 6.1 EC. In the dream predictably I wasn’t worried too much about the 6.1EC, 🤣 but yeah 16.7 (sixteen is literally off the charts) I thought if the plants look bad PH the feed to 6.7 probably gets you 6.1 or better.

Dunno they look great though. Could be picky still about light one in the corner but whatever. I like its efforts to ivy it up rhe Co2 pipe - its coincidentally or not the furthest from the gas. I could pop a hole through there and change thr little cheapo reg in 10 minutes. Probably fo that while I water and straighten the light off its lean. We’re about half way through the day so I would expect to be seeing some signs if bad stuff was happening by now. They look even better than this morning. Really.

My Ph play looks unneeded at this stage.

All I’ll say is what I call HVAC is maybe just changing a carbon filter and adding a dehumidifier for some. Its a slightly bigger issue for us. So its important to get the right people for the job. And as I pulled up outside the house it seems & Co has found the right people for the job.I guy that takes protection against the sun as seriously as he does you know is gonna be meticulous about your AC 😂
