Ok. Some little tipping on some more today but you’d be really picky to worry and it was expected.
They uh yeah.
The lights are going up as I type. 2 zones. We’re out of space. Maybe can get 2” more at push.
We have managed the canopy between two equal higher zones for the tall poppies and a slightly lower one for the shorty bushier indicas and once runts.
Strains mixed but labelled.
Yeah sure should have trained more but at that critical moment we had issues. We didn’t need to stress them further so yeah not so much lesson learned “train” as we would have but was less important than figuring out the nutes thing.
Tested the finger thing for colour/color range. I think it works!
I closed the iPhone app fully. Opened it and took a photo really quickly.
Then I closed it fully again (in case it had some sensor memory) reopened and took a photo really quickly again.
The finger one is closer to my eyes. Darker?
Dunno maybe its a quick reference photo trick.
Nerd out all you like! But if its a quick rule of thumb (can’t help myself) be useful when soliciting help?

Yeah totally. We do have options. But apart from some draught tape around the bottoms of the wooden walls, the doors and changing the irrigation pipe to weird vendor specific sizes its 100% we hope finished. We’ll do that with a trim tomorrow which seems like a good time to look for some easy “Late Growth Training” wins. Not a stress for us. A good problem to have for sure!Good morning Nick

We chose a logo for our brand super happy with it. No green and no flower shaped stuff. Soo happy with it. My parents love it
But so does my brand testing professional that like Coke and Pepsi spend millions on!
We have swag being made for our commercial side. Lighters, mugs, drinks coaster, humidors, stickers and some cool enamelled signs - think like roadside americana oil/gas style. These are just freebies for the bars that don’t want the hassle of storing and maintaining a dispensary.
Not for sale and not posting pics because my generous host @420 is on the business of selling the same kinda stuff and that ain’t being a good guest! Its just how we are trying to find a spot in the market to pay for it all!
And honestly it pays for its self (net of my own growing habit
) that’s all cool.Dunno Shenzhen based light manufacturers been a theme recently. Fun times!
Some are actually meeting me here in with sample lights tomorrow! From China. That’s pretty cool!
Oh and massive thank you to @Herbies Seeds because I ordered on behalf of someone else, a fellow member here because it just was easier I ordered than him. When I messaged then here with the order number with the members name they emailed me. Said they have a more north America leaning department they’re growing with stock on hand. Seems like. They’re gonna hook up the Spain originated order with some stock from Herbies Seeds US/Canada new stock.
Pretty awesome of them.

Light height average 119” from canopy (happy to go to 8”)
They got more water than they all needed. With all the movements of plants some of the old irrigation popped connections and needed to fix that. New irrigation pipe tomorrow. All good, just 10L extra and coco so not worried about over watering. To be honest? Yeah more is better with the tipping, like the tiniest of flushes. I mixed nutes for the SIP with our little ‘un again. Its a bit scary when the three year old is asking why I didn’t put the whatever coloured bottle in. She also thought I’d forgotten the EC meter out the draw mer so went and got it.

Look some ya might think this is an unlikely exchange between a mid forties guy and a 3 and a half year old girl. But don’t care. Its true. No embellishments. Kid will grow well. But also have manners and maths skillz

Really such joy in it all. Full family thing.
My Illumination Manager, her son and the sparky raised the lights and fixed the dehumidifier while ai played with the kid and my help was limited to helping move the orange chair out the room when it was finished with.

Ha one of the logos (not chosen) kid you not is orange and blue, 76 gas station colours. They were all gas/highway/oil type logos. I got into bed last night and conversation turned to the plants and plans for today with them all. The romance…
Totally threw me with this:
“Babe I think the way we cut more than the other pictures I see works better for us because we using the gas. Helps with airflow and so the plants drink more gas”
She’s in some Thai growing groups on TikTok and Line (pictures I see there not great. Some outdoor some indoor) but I see her point.
We ruthlessly trim fan leaves several times a grow. This I guess limits photosynthesis area like taking off solar panels would lower your electricity harvest. But we are stressing them to grow more flowers and making up for the deficit by allowing them to supercharge the process with the Co2? It probably has benefits in terms of helping reduce the dreaded Rh too?
Dunno seems like a plausible theory?
Plants already too tall in one section. When she’s done trimming she’s going to see what she can do I’ll change to the Netafim water pipe and add the draught excluder. Actually probably get the lad to do that… I’m having a nice lunch by the sea

Waiting for final version vectors. Probably put it as my profile pic. It has no reference to cannabis in colour/words/symbols. If you didn’t know it was cannabis related you would never guess. Which was a big bit of the brief. So probably OK I guess. We aren’t selling here. 
I seen that being used in a Jude Law flick. It was supposedly about Hughy-Howie? Long Governor of Louisiana in the Depression. CLHehe I actually thought chicken in every pot, finger in every shot was Kanye West “Graduation” Album but can’t find it in lyrics. So then I learned its a thing in the US because of President Hoover and Great Depression era US politics which was cool to read about. Then I learned from another link actually it originated with one of “Louis Kings” of France pre their revolution (but not a famous one - like the 7th not a 14e) first coined the expression.
So poulet to Hoover!
But yeah like fully qualified not Samsung the other mob technical architect - yeah I have the apps. Can do that. But that’s my day job! If I can do it with my finger balancing the colour gamut across the range that’s more fun for me. I’ll test it tomorrow morning.
And after that - I promise to always crop out my fingers before posting!
PS - Win Krolik Win! (My only Ukranian word - I had a Ukrainian Model DJ as a tenant for about a year) I called her at her request “Krolik” It was a fun year. Non romantic.

So 18 plants sculpted by & Co. Honestly 5 solid hours. Epic.
Then watered 60L! 60L! Some of them barely running off.

Actually checked PPM for the first time in forever and a decent 2400. Happy with that.
The tipping lightness has basically gone on all but the original 2-3 plants so my bro in real life you are legend. Thank you. The plants look crazy good. We’re lazy folk so gonna roll over tomorrow the irrigation and training bit. Ph and the light over the little ones can actually come down a bit which is a first!
Then we up potted 19 to solos a bunch of stuff that’s the other grow related but & Co it was for her…

I’m an awful father.
The 12L of nutes I mixed for the outdoor grow in the 15G Airpot / @Bill284 on it! / to test my daughter on maths and her ability to press blue buttons (she loved that bit most had a ceremony and everything sorta) I didn't feed until 5 minutes ago. I basically did nothing for an hour.
Anyway I’m also a bad Dad because this isn’t just overnight “barely keep her in flower droop on evening” (flip to flower by changing the digital timer thing from Auto to Off, behind your lounge chair she will flower with natural 12/12 light) - she was/is really thirsty. Saw this morning, hence making 12L and running a bit random on numbers yo teach the kid different numbers Like seriously more important to me is teaching my daughter about nunbers than this plant. It lives, it dies any and all product it produces is given away free. Charity to fellow human, and brand development these are lessons she can learn.
Love it. My favourite plant now. (There are 48 of them so you know… how did it get to this?)

But we’re stressing the smaller light absorption area into focusing on flower growth whilst improving airflow at sub canopy level where you want to be delivering heavier than air Co2 is what I wonder about?
