New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB LED

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

I have used my own urine before. it's a lot cleaner and safer than for example chicken excrement. I was reading that with the rise of organic farming methods there has been an increase of pathogenic diseases which is why I don't use manure and/or meals (bone, blood, feather, etc.) anymore.

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

I pee on my plants for the urea & polar compounds. I use a schedule that goes like this:
Pee, water, water. P-W-W. I avoid piss lock out by drinking apple cider vinegar.

(Just joking by the way)

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

Probably don't want to use it as a foliar spray, but as long as it's well-diluted, piss will not hurt (and may even help) microbial life in/around the root system. I've never seen a farmer run off to the latrine in Europe, Africa or the US. They just pick a sorry-looking plant and give it a little boost.
Mahatma Gandhi drank his own as a cleansing agent. Not that I'm condoning this, just relating what I've heard.

The increase in pathogenic diseases is caused by people not treating their 'organic fertilizer' properly.
I know people that compost their own waste from their entire household, and run their gray water through man made mini marshes.
After one compost bin is full, they switch to a new one, and let the full one compost an entire year to rid it of all harmful pathogens.

Not heat treating, or composting like in the example above, is the reason disease carried by poo is causing people to get sick.

So for those of you who would like to go organic and are afraid of things like that, do some research and either make your own high quality product or buy from a safe retailer.

my 2cents.

I wasn't sure if you were pulling my leg or not Cajun. 90% of my Soda Pop Pots are green. I chose them because of the dark tint. LOL

Actually someone here on 420 was doing this with decent results Cronic. I forget who it was. Now I know; 1 to 4 ratio.

McLoadie used to do that. :Laugh2:

Guess you could have a neighbor do it. Just ask them to eat a lot of kelp. If in flower, drink molasses.

SPIDER GIRL II (Royal Medic Clone) Day 64 / Day 16 under 12/12

After giving her a dose of Fox Farm Grow Big and top dressing her with Bat Gauno to correct the nitrogen deficiency last night I can already see a difference after only 22hrs. Notice how perky she is now including the yellow deficient leafs. As we all know damaged leaves never recover so we'll keep an eye on the healthy ones and the new growth.

CRITICAL SENSI STAR (feminized) Day 57 / Day 2 under 12/12

This is our new addition to the Spider family. I think we're going to follow her on this journal. I have a good feeling that she can show us what can be accomplished in a Soda Pop Pot.

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

Can this be used through out an entire grow? For an Auto especially. Could you go a little bigger and get away with a full grow? This is exactly what I have been imagining for a while now..

Thanks guys.
