New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB LED

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

One thing I'd like to say is, I don't foresee great things for SG II unless you start feeding her some

basic macro nutes. You know the NPK stuff. Cal/Mag is important but I can't see her doing well a few

more weeks down the line.

Analysis of the few plants we put out in the wild with no soil prep or added nutes, saw the

plants consume all of the lower foliage in their effort to survive and produce flower.

Survive they did though, and gifted us with around 40 grams of very good medication (2 plants).

As an experiment it could be interesting.
Hello Brit, good to see you out & about again. Actually SPIDER GIRL II is in a prepped soil; PJ's Organic Soil Mix.

Happy New Year everyone...

I hope everyone had a joyful Holiday Season and still has some bud left. I enjoyed the convo you all had going on while I was MIA. So here's what's happening. Everything under the SPIDER 9 is female and blooming

SPIDER GIRL I
(Unknown Strain) Day 70 / Day 26 under 12/12

Yesterday she received:

2 tablespoons of FF Big Bloom
5 ml of BONTANICARE Cal/Mag Plus
1 gal of 6.5 PH adjusted tap

Her branches have gotten thicker and strong while she continues to reach for the SPIDER 9.

SPIDER GIRL II (Royal Medic Clone) Day 61 / Day 13 under 12/12

Yesterday she received:

5 ml of BONTANICARE Cal/Mag Plus
1 gal of 6.5 PH adjusted tap

All her leafs seem to have a light green tent as opposed to a rich green tent. It may be the lack of any other nutes than Cal/Mag but I'll see this experiment through.

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

I can't tell if you're serious or not lol. I used a couple green ones and those plants seemed smaller in the end, so that would explain a little bit of it.

relax its not the bottle. I've got a plant in a mountain dew bottle too =p

it definitely looks like it need nitrogen.

After reading Jinn's diagnosis earlier I came home to find that SPIDER GIRL II had gotten worse.

SPIDER GIRL II (Royal Medic Clone) Day 62 / Day 14 under 12/12

IMG_00005585.jpg

So logically I went to the Cannabis Plant and Pest Problem Solver to verify Jinn's assumption as well as to find a cure. He was spot on with the nitrogen deficiency and three of the solutions listed I have on hand:

ORGANIC

Bat Guano
Bone Meal

CHEMICAL

Fox Farm Grow Big

What I'll do tonight before lights out is give her a one time feeding of FF Grow Big (since it's a fast acting nitrogen solution) after top-dressing her with Bat Guano (which is a slow acting solution).
Now I know that FF Grow Big will make this not a completely organic grow but give me a break here guys, desperate situations calls for desperate measures. One application to rectify this deficiency is like a half pint of salt water thrown into the Nile; It won't make a difference. After tonight she'll be put back on her Cal/Mag diet.

I was joking. You know I love those damn bottles.

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

you could also pee in a cup and add water to it
id call it organic and isn't it high in nitrogen? im sure you have to dilute it tho

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

Re Post#235: Cronichemphog is spot on. The average adult pees out 15lb N/Year, and wide range of other stuff, already in solution, ready to rock. Thank you US Dept of Ag. Dilute @ 1:4 piss:water and you'll be fine. I wouldn't do this more than 2x for obvious reasons.

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

Pure organic and you cant get cheaper than this so I call that a win win solution, isn't it ?

:) :loopy:

I wasn't sure if you were pulling my leg or not Cajun. 90% of my Soda Pop Pots are green. I chose them because of the dark tint. LOL

Actually someone here on 420 was doing this with decent results Cronic. I forget who it was. Now I know; 1 to 4 ratio.

Re: New City Grower 3.0 - Sponsored by Twilight Group Co. - Featuring the Spider9 COB

eww!! Pee goes in toilets not cannabis!!! :thedoubletake: sorry hahahah that's just one thing I know can't be good for your microbe life.

But I think your plants are looking really good Reg. You've been doing some nice training over there, and wow Spider Girl 1 is filling out amazingly! I honestly didn't think you could get a plant like that out of a 2 liter, but silly me doubting Lester's methods... anyway the magic tree really came through for you with that one - looks like some nice genetics for sure!! Keep up the great work
