Neikodog's High Brix Sativas

That's a gorgeous bud! :yahoo: Did it keep the terps?

I've been keeping a sample of pheno2 in the tray and hitting it occasionally, and I just got out some pheno1 today and was impressed at the strength of the buzz. The jury is still out on the overall high but like yours, it has improved with a little time in the jar. I chopped mine on Jan 1st and 8th, so that's 3-4 weeks ago.

Man, this is some potent weed. I took 2 hits and was of course unproductive. I got a lot higher than I expected on those 2 bong hits. This one really cuts through the tolerance.
As far as the Terps, they are strong. I just put them into jars yesterday so there isn't any cure yet but its expansive and dank. I think this is one that will change with the cure for the better.
 
Strong.....just had my first few puffs of the day....ahhhhhh.....high brix, bizzzzzzzz.
Top of the day to ya Neiko and friends. Did my snow clearing...son helped , while i fought with the old Toro.
We're expecting another 10 -15 cent. overnight. Hope ya'l somewhere warm are thinkin bout us.....:ganjamon:

I'm gonna miss that warm sand and that gorgeous , blue green water........Dugg leaves the room cryin.....
 
I just checked and it looks like you guys won't get the brunt of it. Your highs'll be more reasonable, more like -15 to -17. Gonna be truly cold here. :p

It's brutal here, too! Temps dropped down to 68*F and raining. All the girls had to swap their bikinis for shorts! :(

I got the Deadly Sativa jarred yesterday and it gave me a very respectable 6.5 zips. It has gotten much better since the tester cut at 9 weeks. I chopped it at 11. It's a powerful buzz that really gets the heart pumping. A friend of mine who is a runner tried some while wearing a heart monitor. His heart rate was 62 bpm resting then he took a couple hits of the DS and it elevated to 104 after a few minutes without getting up. You get an intense adrenaline rush at first then in settles into a pretty intense high lasting about 2.5 hours or so. I think I'm going to enjoy this one. I don't usually smoke during the day but I'm thinking I'm going to smoke and see what I can accomplish in the grow room today. That plan usually goes south once I'm high. I'm just not a functional stoner no matter how hard I try. Here's a couple bud shots while jarring. Sorry they came out a little blurry. The frost on this girl is thick.

How long did you veg for, and is there a pic in this journal from about the time it got flipped? I’ll go back and look, just thought I’d ask in case you remember either way.




I’ve seen neiko write elsewhere that he infuses the CCO into EVOO to make capsules/dosing oil. So he ends up with a similar product to what we make with EVOO infusions, but likely more potent, and without the plant matter/chlorophyll etc we get from straight infusion. Maybe he uses it in other ways too, but that’s one that I know of.

I was just going through my old journals last night and found my first bubba-hash grow. Here is a link to the day before I flipped her and the rest of her life through harvest is in there if you want to see how it ended up :) By far the best indica I have ever grown or even smoked, people could smell that shiz from ~50 yards away outside when I smoked it no joke and the uber drivers would loose their minds when I hopped in with a j in my pocket on the way to the casino for the night lol. Make sure you keep a mom clone you will most likely want to grow it more than once... ;)

I’m also unproductive in the grow room when stoned. I mean, I get all the stuff done, it just takes a lot longer. I drift off in numerous directions in shear amazement, focused observations, and of course snapping photos. It’s fun, but only if I’m not crunched for time, or have a bunch to do.

I find strain selection is key for production in the garden.....I need something to keep me focused or I find myself fixing something in the basement or chopping wood without knowing how the hell I ended up doing that shit and not taking care of the plants LOL.

Lol. I tend to space but I've never found myself outside splitting wood. That just be some good stuff. Most of the strains I run tend to be on the productive side. Otherwise I'd never get anything done.
