My First Time Growing

Once again, Thank you Canna! :rofl:
Got it!

You're very welcome....now If I can just get spidey to come and clean up the web mess he left at the party. He didn't even take his leftovers, I've filled 3 trash bags with sticky flies.....

:rofl::rofl:

Okay...okay....I'll go find something serious to do now. ;-)

man alive, what a busy place! I am lined up here on the back wall lookin as cute as I can until a seat becomes available.

:welcome: Em.

It has certainly become MY favorite spot. LOL I'm here more than my own...which is perfectly fine. :thumb:

Me too, Canna. It's a relaxing spot. In my own journal I like posting pictures and showing progress but I'm not big on answering random questions. Here there are a bunch of nice folks and a gracious host. The teaching part is fun. Great student and a good team of mature folks helping out. Speaking of the teaching part... I need to post some materials.

Ok. Nobody ruin this! Just keep your fingers off the keyboard about it.

When we were talking about sexing plants the other day and everyone jumped in with pictures I posted some pics of the clone I have in the flower tent getting sexed.

Even though it'd been under 12/12 for several days there really wasn't anything definitive. I'm going to post some pictures of it today and put Smokey on the spot. He has to look and see if he can make the call. There are large pictures and then zooms so he can get a feeling for the size of things he's looking for.

This is the same plant I LSTed yesterday for a demo. She isn't a thing of beauty since she's just a clone I was using to determine the orientation of it's parent. This last picture shows how quickly the tied limbs turn back to the sky.

I don't know, We never wen in depth about which is which, But from what I understand, A female has a long curved "hair like" growth growing out from between a leaf stalk and the main stalk, I would have to say female, But that's only a little better than a guess. I'm probably completely wrong.

Shhhhhh everyone. Lotta pressure Smoke. All the pictures are back on page 43 if you need to look and compare. I hear Sister Mary Elephant tapping her ruler on the desk....

Being unsure is fine, too. If is a female, good. If it's a male then bummer, but it's not going to suddenly spray pollen everywhere and ruin all the girls in the tent. Mostly this is about reinforcing what we were talking about a couple of days ago to prepare you for sexing your own plants.
