Mono Grows a Pound

He was rather gifted at mountain man engineering.
But you've got a chicken coop. In the winter you can vent directly inside it, and in the hotter times you can vent out the back of it. (just run the ducting on the ceiling and buy a standard vent cover.)
If anyone were to ever to heat scan, they would see heat being produced by livestock.
Another funny thing to think about, is the air that gets vented INTO the chicken coop, is all fresh carbon filtered air...They will breathe better air than most of us =p

Thanks LA!

It's funny how it never seems to be enough space lol

This morning, we still have snow. So work is a no go lol.

I plan on having a good session with the plants today, but first, some news.

One of the autos had been decidedly droopy for the past couple of days. No idea why, not over or under watered. Pulled her out of the tent for a closer inspection and here is what I found...

Quite happy now that she was droopy or I would never have thought to give her a check. (Still referring to it as her lol) Well, she can go to be made into butter and finally a nice cake :)

Plus a little more space in the tent for the remainders,

Sorry to her ya girl went " eddie izzard " on you matey

Venting into chicken run would be a good disguising technique.. Do you heat the chicken run anyway in winter ??

You might get Canna Eggs :rofl:...

Dude:rofl: we have the same avatar and every time i go to a journal you have been to i sit there reading what you wrote scratching my head thinking....How High was i when i posted this....i dont remember that at all....takes a second to catch up, but every time you get me:)lol

I know how that goes. I've had my heater cranked in there for a couple months now. Gonna insulate it this spring and expand size. Can't be using that much money to heat such a small space

this is exactly why i set up my 10x10 tent

I am also pretty shocked considering that it was a reminisced auto lol. Didn't think that they would go Hermie... chicken run is unheated at the moment, packed in tight when we close the house. When we move the plan was to give them a much bigger house, so heating would be beneficial.

P.s hens are out all day, free range :)

Awesome! I'm sure they would be very happy hens for a heated house. Happy hens lay happy eggs :). Could potentially be the best cover for the exhausted hot air, like you said, livestock generate plenty of heat anyway.

Update...

The two Afghan seeds have broken their shell's they have now been planted into soil with some food bags over the top as a make shift humidity dome. Photo plants are now drinking plenty of nutrients and water, but very little in the way of stretch so far.

Autos are coming along well, and apear to be very happy, although they are not showing too much in the way of bud formation.

I will get some pics up soon :)

Loving the green carpet in the grow room =p

Thanks Jinn! I'm beginning to feel a little concern with the autos as they are taking a long time to put on much bud. Considering they are around 5 weeks old and meant to be 8 week from seed I would have expected to see more bud. Just hope there isn't an issue that will transfer to the photoperiod plants...

There is likely no issue mate. Autos seems to do what they want to do. Several journals that are up right now and running autos are noticing longer grow times and hermie issues as well.
Just keep giving them love and they'll give it back.

Wildjim has a fast and vast auto on day 110, and it's supposed to bee a 60 day strain

And it is quite literally AUTO-ZILLA. Im pretty sure it came from Chernobyl.

Yeah, it's 5 and a half feet tall and wide as hell. I'd love the yield but be pissed at the timeframe

I really shouldn't be complaining then lol. 110 days for an auto, that's much the same as a heavily sativa dominant strain lol.

Im with ya... I see the avatar, thinking its mine too. :cheesygrinsmiley::cheesygrinsmiley:

Glad i can make ya giggle....

Im loving the chicken coop plan big stylie mono... Its the best way to hide, in plain sight... It gives a natural reason for the heat signature.., you say the chickens give off alot of heat..

The plan is coming together somewhat..

Hope ya autos " engage the clutch " & get their buds in gear..

All looking green n healthy otherwise mono..

:Namaste:
