Mcloadie's Second Grow Journal

The younger plants caught up with one of the plants in flower, 6" to go to catch the other one, I hope it's a while before they catch the caramello that wasn't topped! They are in a rapid growth pattern, and I'm trying to keep moisture levels in the pots as close to ideal as I can. I'm going to break them 1 time, They're going to be crowded as it is and I don't want alot of lateral growth. 6 breaks per plant, followed up with a solution of 1tbsp/gal molasses, 1tsp/gal calmag ( 1/2 recommended full dose), at a rate of 3 cups/2 gal soil. I went 3 and 4 nodes for the first topping, half and half, the only experiment to be done on this run, and that was done while they were still under the t5. I'm gonna push these plants as hard as I dare.

In an arnold swhartznegger voice; " I had to break them...for prosperity...or is that posterity?, my lines are bluwry".

Broke everything that hadn't been broken yet. I remember not so long ago when my finned friend was encouraging me to try this technique, I did, I messed up some breaks, to every degree imaginable, now I WILL BREAK THEM..........LOL. Next time you wanna work a greenhouse, imagine homeboy tellin ya you're gonna break a couple hundred plants today, some were insolent, my fingers hurt, a few bad breaks......NO separations and all will heal.

morning Mc you gonna smoke all that?:)

Now, that's some supercropping :headbang:
LOOKS AWESOME!! :goodjob:

Thanks CA, I have two plants that have undergone the same treatments, but are at advanced stages, one in transition ( which to me is a sub - stage of flower) and one in full flower. I'll put some photos of the three side by side. Every move has been thought out, I want to do the screen, but I just can't access the plants in this small space. I had to invent the mcwand just to water em, it consists of a 1/2 " piece of pvc connected to my favorite pink watering can by way of a flexible tube. I can get to the back without moving all the plants out for care. I have 2 different sizes of wands for the two spaces I'm cultivating.

Projected progression.

And now a word from our responders''Tired of over extending your back on those hard to reach plants in the back?" " OUCH>>>>MFer"," well folks, that is a thing of the past with the new and improved MCWAND", it's a waterer, its a feeder, you can even whack the dog with it"." Just listen to a satisfied customer and his testimonial;"" Well hell, before I got the mcwand my life sucked, all that bendin, couldn't hardly service maude after waterin, but since I got mine things are great!, just ask maude". " Well, there you have it folks, another satisfied customer"," but wait, for the next ten callers we have a BONE US, you not only get the mcwand, but you get the new and improved mcstention, just pop it on and you get another foot of reach!". Now you may be saying " this Fn thing is awesome, but it's gonna cost me", " folks, it's so cheap it's almost free"!" Just send a self addressed envelope to BR549, with alot of money in it, and allow 8-10 weeks for delivery". And now back to our irregularly scheduled program.

Definitely interested in seeing those side by side shots Mc. I never really got to see the benefits of supercropping first hand as my subject hermied a few weeks later.

You're going to have your hands full with this grow. Looks like fun. :goodjob:
