Mcloadie's Second Grow Journal

Caramello in the fall of her life, a little deficency, some yellowing, things are winding down. I think this plant ( the cannabis ) is a lovely plant, all the seasons of her life pass before my eyes, seen it a thousand times, and it still stops me in my tracks!

I never clean up my plants for photos, I want everyone to see what I'm seeing. She's gonna give me her best, which I'm hoping is gonna make up for the lack of quantity. She is sweet and fruity, not so frosty. I have a mom of her, which will go away as soon as I need the space, I can give it to a friend and let them flower it out. I have plenty broodstock to go around, I'm pruning an ounce of material off the moms a week...combined. I'll get some pics of the last harvest soon, I estimate weights, it's not that important to me to know the specifics.

Haha, I knew you woulda. So, I found a chart and after seeing it, AND looking at labels on my nutes, I believe that's it. I use a 'nutrient line"....pretty much, and I followed the dr's schedules to the t the first time I used it. After that, and absorbing some good info and insight, I got a picture in my mind of what I was trying to accomplish. My ideas changed, and so did my feeding methods. If I KNOW my soil has most of what it needs, then I'm just gonna have to replace what it uses most, and I replace em before it needs em, hopefully a week before. Well, I found a box of stuff I use, and its the only one with supplemental sulpher, I didn't use it on that plant.....and the young plants are due for it next. You know when I fish I've been known to use only 1 lure for years at a time, I know that lure, I know how they take it, and I'm able to detect the most subtle hits, subtle hits are mostly larger fish. The same with the weed, a strain needs to be grown for years to fully understand and appreciate it, and realize it's genetic potential. + reps to you my friend....thanks for keepin me on my toes!

That one has excellent diagrams! I'm gonna check the Ph of the runoff on that pot too, I RARELY do Ph tests, but if it's off I'll do some more checking as other pots may or may not have alot in common with that one. OK, I gave it a shot of S and we'll see what happens, this plant is trying to turn purple, I never had a purple plant yet!

Mcloadie

congrats on the MOTM nomination & good luck.

That's how I found your journal.

Is this your first time using the induction light?

Any pros or cons you have so far? Is it rated by lumens or PAR?

Thanks hash hound, congrats to you too bro. I've been using induction for a year, never used anything else....LOL....It's workin good for me, it's rated at par I believe, 420watts...LOL. We're gonna see what it will do on paper, I'm getting ready to run 15 plants in 2 gallon pots, 32" tall. No cons yet......I run a 8 bulb, 4ft t5, 8- 2 ft walmart grow lights, 8 fans, 3 humidifiers, an air pump and 2 heaters, AND the induction on a coupla 20amp circuits. Good luck on motm bro!:high-five:

Hey AZ, did you say BUD?
0051015.JPG
The rest of the mexikush, it's a favorite, I would call it upper mids, with a forgot why you forgot to forget kinda high, very intense, 4 hrs., I don't smoke it, I don't care to be that high. It has a paranoia factor.....probly 80% + sativa. When I get ready to show some bud, I'll have it trimmed by someone who's better at it than me, I just recently found out we have a pro trimmer (show) in the family.
