arteekay,our warranty policy for every customer is equal.
I consulted with my colleague that you wanted us send replacement parts to you as quickly as we can,and you said you handle it by yourself ,so she didn't ask you to send it to our repair center.If you can not handle it now,you can send the replacement parts and your light to our repair center, you will pay the shipping charges(to/from)
If you bought the light before Oct,2015 we will follow the old warranty policy,you bought your light in Nov,2015,it will be under the new warranty policy.

Hi Sara,

When I said I would handle the repair myself, I assumed the standard FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) theory would apply. Once it became clear the board was scorched and multiple components on it were going to need to be replaced, a replacement working board should have been sent. I would then send the cooked board back to you and your repair center can refurbish it professionally, for use the next time a Canadian customer cooks a board in a 900.

If I call up Dell and tell them my mainboard is fried, I don't expect them to send me a handful of capacitors and the suggestion to hope for the best.

Ok sara i think you misunderstod. i was asking about getting pointed towards a retailer who sells your brand who has the mars grow bars in stock. i think my 60x 100cm closet will have a had time fitting a minimum of 50 bar into it i hoped to find some european growshop who have these bars on stock allready.

But anyways tanks for your respons

EDITED : i got in contact with a uk/eu sellar who will get in contact with you guys regarding an order on those bars so i could buy them from him for me and the mates here so thats just awesome.

So if any in the UK or Eu have the same need for supplement lighting as me hit me with a PM and i will point you towards the guy when they get in stock (if they get in stock) i really hope they do. maybe pushing a few positive mails from other future customers will help on the process

Hello I thought I would update how my grow is going using your Mars II 1200 for my 5 strain auto grow. Day 28 from seed group shot:

if you would like to check out my grow I'm keeping a journal: Stealth Grow Mars II 1200 LED - 5 Auto Strains - 2016 should be a pretty popular journal soon as fastbuds is sending me some of there unreleased strains to grow out for some pictures I sent them of some of there girl scout cookies growing under your great lights. I am also going to be entering the second Mars hydro cup!

As computer is different from LED lights,we can not send you a new PCB board.From your pics and description,our engineer confirmed that the light will work after leds have been changed.
The led diodes goes out doesn't mean you need to change the PCB board,just need to change the led diodes,if the fan doesn't work,just need to change the fan.
If you do think the PCB board is faulty,you can send the light to our repair center in Canada.Our technician will diagnose,after our tech confirmed the PCB board is fautly,we will change a new PCB board for you.

heat and overfeeding guys.. flushed few days ago leaves kept dying.. should i feed lite now when its dry? or maybe only water?

8 week .. finished in 11.

He have already contacted you guys by mail he wrote me and we are in the process of finding out an amount of test subjects i could try out for him given that i hit him back with some feedback on the results and obviously paying for them but thanks for your assistance much appreciated. i can't hardly wait on getting my hands on a few of them and see if they live up to my sky high expectations towards the rest of the mars hydro line.

You need to check the nutritions ,you may also check the PH level,we usually recommend temperature 75°-85°F and 50%-70% humidity,PH is 5.5-6.5.But as every seed is unique,different plant need different conditionI will consult several growers,hope everything will be ok soon.
