I ordered the 144x3 Reflector Led from the website January 21st. Thinking just like you, it says in stock so it should be, but that's obviously not the case. If you go back a few pages on this thread to where the posts date January 23, Sara lists the lights that went out of stock and talks about when the new shipment will be arriving. I also PM'd her last Thursday and she personally told me they were out of stock and would not be shipped until next weekend. Unfortunately I don't think any shipments will be going out until after the February 1st due to her absence and the low stock.
 
Lol not panicking yet, but hearing someone ordering last Tuesday and now Monday and still no shipping info is not the best news, but I won't panic as I have been fine without em all this time and from what I am reading these LEDs are worth the wait... Still fingers crossed for fast shipping!! :)

I've sent 2 emails over thje last couple weeks no replay but I just turned on my Mars 700 I recieved and it has 3 bad LEDs. Can new LEDs be sent and plugged in or do I have to send it back for repair?

I would'nt worry at least you got a order in so yours is priority.. I cant even get an order to go through. I registered with the site , filled out my info and shipping and billing address to the same i have on pay pal, then select (2x) 48x3w , proceed throught the few steps then at the final step proceed to payment or checkout. it then opens another page and says redirecting to paypal then it immediately says this

""""""Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address"""""""

Ive even tried changing the shipping address on TOPLED website to an alternate and still get the same message.. So I have to patiently wait for Sara ,since I cant figure it out .. I was just hoping to jump up in front of the line if that shipment they are recieving at the warehouse has any 48x3w.

In the meantime if anyone has any suggestions let me know , otherwise I will be waiting for Sara !
 
is it possible those are the IR leds ? i'm not sure these have them but on my current LED i have several that are barely visible and you would assume they didn't work if it wasn't for the fact that I was made aware that the IR ones arent really visible to the naked eye!

I have yet to receive any shipping info either. Sara specifically said that even know they will be on holiday, the warehouses will continue to ship out. Also said no custom lights in Dec or Jan as they will be focusing on just building stock led. I agree when they say in stock they should be in stock. Hoping i get a shipping email today or tomorrow.

Those are the IR's I'm sure. I did the same thing you are dong right now and freaked but don't fret they are working....:circle-of-love:

Or, you could buy all 4 at once and save $90...
 
im pretty sure is the ir leds that appear to not be working, i too thought the same thing when i got my mars2 400
 
Well I am staying tuned in here and will update as soon as shipping info is recieved or maybe it'll just show up.. I ordered a tent for a great price off ebay, same time Friday evening after ordering my Led light, and received shipping info Sunday night and my tent arrives Wednesday.. Have yet too have anything from topled, order processing.
