Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

Yes everyone right now they are having the lunar new year holiday so expect short delays in email responces from them. All sales will still be shipped out within 24-48h and delivery will be the same due to the international warehouses obviously not celebrating the holiday.
I have seen a great journals with the pro320 and my one buddy here has it in a 3.5ftx3ft cabinet and loves it. He pulles about 450- 500grams each run with it. Personally I don't have the space for such a big light but love my series 2 400w :) (over a year now and no issue *knock on wood*)

I have 2 reflectors of yours, a 96X5 and a 192X5. This morning 1/2 of the Growth lights are out on the 96X5 and there are 4 plants under it.. Not good timing!!! What is your warranty policy for this? What can I do? Can you send whatever parts need to be replaced?

1/2 out? It maybe the driver problem, you may exchange the driver. I'm sorry to hear that.You want to repair the light by yourself, right? You can send email to service@mars-hydro.com, our service department will help you with it.

Thanks SG, I'll do that right now. I am trying to find a receipt but have no idea where it is. I'm not sure if I bought it through Sara on here, their website, or where. Needless to say, I'm scrounging around this morning.... I know I bought it in July of 2015 so I think it's under warranty. Not sure that'll help the 4 plants under it though. Any idea how fast this process is?

Oh I agree it is very cool being able customize the light setting. But for the price I would rather have the pro2 without the remote. Just plug it in and flip switches. !!!

Yes, the switchable Mars Pro II series is more convenient to use.

Had a quick question. My cord on my light is very warm. I was daisy chaining a 600 to my 700. After the warmth i switched to no daisy. Any ideas as to why this would be happening?

The daisy chain will make the power cord heat easily

Starting to trim up a pure power that was grown under the epi pro 160. And let me tell you people this. The buds are freaking rocks ..!!!! Even the lower the popcorn is pretty dense. This epi pro 160 DID NOT DISAPPOINT on this grown .
I kept it about 8in off the canopy and no shit hard ass dense colas

Mars Pro II can do a great job

That's what I was hoping to hear!

I received my Pro II Epistar 320 last week and I immediately could tell the footprint was bigger and brighter than both my 600hps and my pro 1200.
Well built too.
Now if it's gonna grow big rock hard buds... :)

Helloooo Sara. Got an order ready for a 3x3 tent and a Mars pro 2 1600. I plan to use the 1600 in my 4x4 bloom tent and put my old 192 reflector in the new Mars 3x3 tent for veg, sound like a good idea? I also will use my 96 reflector for my clones. Any discount code you could PM me please??? My reflectors are 3 years old with no problems FYI (knock on wood). Thanks for the good products!

Thanks Spart. Here is the link that they sent for the 95X5 and you were right, not that hard to do but now we wait again. I did move the 4 plants that were under it into my flowering area so that I'd have more light even though not optimal as the room was already full. I'm just hoping I can get this thing fixed before they herm on me.

Hey peeps, i haven't pulled the trigger yet on a new light or lights for my 4x4. I thought a pro 1600 but now the newer epistars have caught my eye. What do you think is the best light or combination of lights for a 4x4 tent? Thanks!! oh and I like bright lol. Meaning rather have too much rather than too little.

I would recommend u go with Mars Pro II Epistar 320,it will better built up compare to Mars II.
Mars Pro II with reflection board, Mars II install with glasses cover which will block some lights.Mars Pro II do not install with lens, it will not have lens problem.

Well I went with the pro 320 and picked up 3x3 tent to use with my old light for a veg area. Unfortunately I messed up and never got a chance to enter the discount code before paypal closed the deal so wasted 23 bucks. Be careful if anyone orders and learn from my mistake. Thanks for advice buddy

Yes I bought it off your main USA website. I went from my cart to paypal and there wasn't a place to enter the code it seemed like. It's not the end of the world and I'm glad I spent a little extra on the epistar as it sounds better for just a little more money. Thanks for the help!:Namaste:
