:circle-of-love:After you place order and made the payment ,we need to wait till we capture the payment then we will arrange goods to our customer.Because of the time difference,when we captured your payment,the last tent sold out ,another customer's order before you,it's really not because my colleague hold your order.:high-five:
Funny Sara why didn't she write that the first email that the tents were out of stock.why did it take 28 hours of emailing back and forth to realize that tent wasn't in stock. Only took your employee 36 hours after I sent payment to realize there was no stock.should have been first response if she would have done her job.
 
We need the number so that when every order arrive at our customer,we can call to inform that their goods arrive.By this way,our customer can receive their goods safely ,without missing.This kind of things happend not just one time,that's why our company require customer provide the phone number.:Namaste:But if you do not want to provide,it's also no problem,we just want to try our best to make sure our customer receive their goods.
I thought it was odd they needed a number as well and I was also very hesitant about giving it out.

For Mars II series,each switch control part of the fans for the light,we do not suggest that you turn on the Flowering switch only,it's not good for the light.:high-five:But our Mars Pro II series can do that,each single switch can control the fans,it will not affect the light.:bravo:
it's a devil cream from sweet seeds I got 2 in 11l pots under my mars series 2 400w.
Anyone know what happens under the series 2 with just the flower switch on?? I know it's better to grow full spectrum but I was thinking for the last few days instead of darkness try just the flower switch.

Sara i see on your homepage "Goods in stock" Why dont it say "X peases left". Then we can decide if we want to argue, how many info we want to give company. I know if i see there is only 1-2 pieces left in store, then i know i will give informations the company needs, to get my items quick! What i mean by X peases is, when a customer put a item in the basket it the system hold that item fore a few minutes and if the customer not proceed with payment it automatik cancel the order in the item is back in stock..
By the way its BS that you need the fone numer to say the goods are one the way ore whatewer, even you had my number i got the information on my skype!!
And if goods disappear on private property is theft, and will be reported to police! This is why i have security cam to see how carrier handle my goods if im not at home..
 
See that's what I don't understand you say not to have just the one switch on during flower because of the heat but with just the grow switch on you have more diodes lite and more heat with one fan as well. Why not just have the fans both running no matter what switch is on?? Would be the best for way to get a even heat distribution.
 
I've gotta add mho. When you order anything off the internet or from anywhere you have to give them an address to send it too. If your so paranoid about what it is your ordering that you don't wanna give them your phone number then you definitely shouldn't give them your address. And if your using someone else's address then use someone else's phone number. Why make things complicated especially in this world of growing and building medicine. Imho that vibe isn't needed here I understand frustration but if we step back take three breaths and re access the situation we find it's not really all that bad. So you gotta wait a few more days oh well in this hobby you need patience for every aspect from ordering stock to is it time to harvest. And mars lights are used world wide people you know how many Sara's are out there for that company? I don't but I bet it's a lot things happen people make mistakes we're not perfect. If we were all perfect can you imagine how boring our lives would be. #global420. Thanks Sara for doing what you do keep it up a lot of us really appreciate you and your company defects and all

I don't want to give my number due to fact companies sell our numbers to companys for advertising,etc. With the amount of scams that happen the less info I give the better. What threw me off was the fact the I've order 2 other orders both over 1000 and never requested phone number, now for 3rd order that's only 500 they needed it.they contact me through email which is sufficient enough. They've emailed me tracking number every time without any problems.im pissed cause there was only one left in stock in my country and it got sold while me and there sales argued over phone number and now I'll be waiting months for that tent as it's not in next shipment. I agree if I wasn't stubborn it probably would have been different.but I still won't give number and they will still send my stuff so hole argument was pointless. I'm not talking down on there product either. I own multiple different mars lights and tents and love them. Just don't like the way was treated on this matter and I express myself about it. Sorry I stand up for myself

Hmm paranoia not here Just dont want to receive phone calls/spam mails from some company, who bought rights to numbers/mails there have been collected from customers! And it's easier to change mail adresse than phone number. :thedoubletake::cheesygrinsmiley:

You could cut one of the tents down yourself. But it would be a lot of work.
Your best bet would be to find a custom built one if your not a big Do It Yourself person. Or see if Mars will make one for you and you'll just have to wait a lil longer for shipping.

If I were to cut a tent down. I would cut the poles in the center and re weld with an inner sleeve for strength. Than cut the tent at the seams and re sew zippers at new lengths. Which is a big pain. But it can be done.

I had to source a custom sized box from EBay. But I was able to use the mars lights. .


Not sure what page I was just reading about custom sized tents. But it surely wasn't this one. Lol.

When update the warehouse stock information based on the date which our international warehouse send us ,and my colleague need to change the stock staus one by one,cause the international date is changing all the time.And every minutes have order from our sales department.I will tell all of my colleague that when any customer place order,they should confirm carefully for those goods which in low stock.:Namaste:
I understand you can track where the goods is,and you can make sure you will receive the goods safely.But still many customer they do not have security cam there,and for some reason,they can not check their email or skype when the goods arrive.Even the sipping system can not alway update the tracking information on time on their website.:high-five:
Many times that after we sent the tracking NO to our customers,but our customers said they can not find any information on the shipping system,they will doubt we didn't send out the goods yet.Even when they call the shipping company,they said they didn't pick up the package yet,but the next day,the goods arrive at our customer.:Namaste: If the goods missing,usually it will take about one month to process to the shipping company,and they will not be responsible for that,they just drop the goods at the destination.:Namaste:

:circle-of-love:Because the driver is different for the Growth and Flowering switches.Most of the time grower will turn on Growth switch,so the driver for Growth is more powerful.:high-five:

Before we do not require phone number,then sometimes we can not contact with our customer when somethings happend to their order.Due to some customers lost their goods for this reason,and the quantity is big,our company made this decision:we should require the phone number and tracking the goods,when the goods arrive ,we should send email and call our coustomer to pick up the goods on time.:high-five: But if our customer do not provide their phone number,we will still send email,just can not make sure that customer can receive the package safely.:Namaste:
