Sara what's this new policy with needing my phone number to ship the tent and lights I purchased yesterday.normally I deal with another sales person but I guess she's out.dont see need to have my phone number to shop my goods

Recently some customer can not receive their lights,because the delivery company and my colleague can not call them in time when the goods arrive at our customer.

So they will not send my order without me giving up my phone number.they tell me I have nothing to worry about.sorry miss I got all kinds to worry about. I've ordered other stuff with no problem without my phone number.I've already payed for my new tent and light the other day but will not send it. Sara please correct this as your about to lose a customer and a sale now and future sales.
Once again no need for my phone number.if something happens they can contact me by email or you can get me on here.but since they held my order due to my phone number which I was never made aware of until after making purchase.which hasn't been my first one.has caused a major delay on me receiving tent and light. Now I'll have to wait till next week. And after being put off due to hospital trips this is all I need.youve seen my current tent its overcrowded and this was my relief for that. If it's a policy change make customer aware before they purchase.
Sara I've already payed 2 days ago for my order and it won't be sent until tommorow because of this phone number bullshit. if your salesperson didn't want to argue over my phone number she could have sent it out yesterday.i know when the lights arrive cause I track them and wait around the day they arrive.sorry for being a dick but I could have been receiving lights tommorow instead of next week.
Please do not worry,after you place order,we will arrange send out the goods within 24hours,because of the time different we will get the tracking NO the next day.I checked with my colleague ,we sent out your goods already,my colleague will send you the tracking NO as soon as she get it
She didn't mean that if you didn't give us your phone number then we will not send out your goods.She just want to have your phone number,so that she can notify you when the delivery company arrive your address.Otherwise we will not be responsible if the goods is missing at your side.

No more need to talk about it.if the stuff is sent that's all that matter at this point.but you might want to check your colleague email to see where she says I can't send your order without your phone number I've been arguing about this for over 24 hours when my shit should have been sent when my order was received, and it wasn't cause I refused to give out my phone number.im old school if I could send you cash in the mail to pay for this stuff I would lol.not all of us are legit. I am but still have old ways in me.
