Mars-Hydro LED Grow Light Discussion

His email is in my signature. you could always as well join the mars hydro group on facebook they seem to be really really responsive to everything posted there as well.
 
So they will not send my order without me giving up my phone number.they tell me I have nothing to worry about.sorry miss I got all kinds to worry about. I've ordered other stuff with no problem without my phone number.I've already payed for my new tent and light the other day but will not send it. Sara please correct this as your about to lose a customer and a sale now and future sales.

Sara what's this new policy with needing my phone number to ship the tent and lights I purchased yesterday.normally I deal with another sales person but I guess she's out.dont see need to have my phone number to shop my goods
 
Once again no need for my phone number.if something happens they can contact me by email or you can get me on here.but since they held my order due to my phone number which I was never made aware of until after making purchase.which hasn't been my first one.has caused a major delay on me receiving tent and light. Now I'll have to wait till next week. And after being put off due to hospital trips this is all I need.youve seen my current tent its overcrowded and this was my relief for that. If it's a policy change make customer aware before they purchase.

What he's email address. With my original girl I deal with is Ann and I like her but was also told I would get deals the more lights I buy and I've bought a bunch of stuff with still no discount.

When the goods arrive,the delivery company will leave the goods outside your house,we can not inform you which may cause the goods missing.This kind of situtaion happend before,so for your own good's safety,we require phone number.Hope you will understand.:Namaste:
All I know is my stuff I bough yesterday better be shipped.cause if they hold it back cause they don't have my phone number I'm going to be pissed.

Sara I've already payed 2 days ago for my order and it won't be sent until tommorow because of this phone number bullshit. if your salesperson didn't want to argue over my phone number she could have sent it out yesterday.i know when the lights arrive cause I track them and wait around the day they arrive.sorry for being a dick but I could have been receiving lights tommorow instead of next week.
