Hmm paranoia not here Just dont want to receive phone calls/spam mails from some company, who bought rights to numbers/mails there have been collected from customers! And it's easier to change mail adresse than phone number. :thedoubletake::cheesygrinsmiley:

If cut from the center,it's not easy to make the tent support heavey things,right? :Namaste:
We are not customize tent for one piece now,but in the future we will think about do that.Cause we need ship goods from China to our international warehouse.:high-five:
You could cut one of the tents down yourself. But it would be a lot of work.
Your best bet would be to find a custom built one if your not a big Do It Yourself person. Or see if Mars will make one for you and you'll just have to wait a lil longer for shipping.

If I were to cut a tent down. I would cut the poles in the center and re weld with an inner sleeve for strength. Than cut the tent at the seams and re sew zippers at new lengths. Which is a big pain. But it can be done.

I had to source a custom sized box from EBay. But I was able to use the mars lights. .


Not sure what page I was just reading about custom sized tents. But it surely wasn't this one. Lol.
 
:high-five:If cut the pole,there will be extra fabric of the material,the wall cannot be flat.
Though about cutting poles to get height I need but a few people I've talked to advised against it. I'm really good when it come to diy so I'm all good there.im the middle of framing basement now for new adventures to come can't wait.
 
If I were to cut a tent. There would be re enforcement inside the poles. Weight wouldn't be an issue.
I'm a 10 year professional welder. And it's not an issue to cut pipes in the center. As long as you properly re-enforce your weld.

My 144*5 bloom lights quit working on only one of the three panels.I sent mars-hydro repair pictures so they sent me a power supply but it did not fix the problem.
The leds are supposed to be diode protected but every bloom led quit working at once on one of the three sides only.
It was less than one year old when I reported problem and was sent a part that didn't fix it.
How can I get this taken care of?
Is there a way I can post picture of it lit up so problem can be seen?
It easy to describe when bloom switch is turned on one side of the three panels bloom light do not light up.

I have some mars-hydro 144*5 that are not working correctly.I contacted mars-hydro repair was sent a part that did not fix problem and was less than a year old when part was sent.
How do I get this taken care of?
If it has to be sent in for repair where does it get sent?

Sometimes when i purchase something online,i also not willing to give my phone number,but i have to,otherwise when my goods arrive,i can not know.Actually the shop will not sell the number,they need keep their customers with them,but those delivery company may sell my number to other ads company.:volcano-smiley:
We are different from the delivery company,we are factory,we must keep our customer's information secret,or our competitor will know our customer list,we may lost our customer.And it's also not safe for our customer.So we will try our best to avoid this kind of things happen.

I've gotta add mho. When you order anything off the internet or from anywhere you have to give them an address to send it too. If your so paranoid about what it is your ordering that you don't wanna give them your phone number then you definitely shouldn't give them your address. And if your using someone else's address then use someone else's phone number. Why make things complicated especially in this world of growing and building medicine. Imho that vibe isn't needed here I understand frustration but if we step back take three breaths and re access the situation we find it's not really all that bad. So you gotta wait a few more days oh well in this hobby you need patience for every aspect from ordering stock to is it time to harvest. And mars lights are used world wide people you know how many Sara's are out there for that company? I don't but I bet it's a lot things happen people make mistakes we're not perfect. If we were all perfect can you imagine how boring our lives would be. #global420. Thanks Sara for doing what you do keep it up a lot of us really appreciate you and your company defects and all

Can I swap out the color LED's for white ones. I wanted to do an all white, or mostly white. Are the IR diodes the 3.2v-3.6v? Or, are they low voltage like the other red?

Oh, I have a Mars reflector.
 
You need more white light? It's 2.3-2.5V for IR diodes.:high-five:
