Warranty tells me what the manufacturer expects from a product. If there are 2 warranty's , that tells me you , as a manfacturer, have less confidence in ebay or amazon sold products. Why is that? are all of these products the same?

That's exactly what I was getting at. It tells me the same thing. Although I now understand due to Sara's explination, it's still a confusing concept

Hi Sara,

Hoping that you can help me out with a problem that I am having with my lights. I have tried to get this problem fixed through the Mars website and have dealt with two different employees; one was slightly helpful but stopped contact once the quick fix wasn't the solution, and another employee who refered it the engineers but again never got back to me.

So my hope is to create a profile on 420 and get your help. Reading through the Mars thread here was originally what got me interested in the Mars hydro lights and seeing how you were able to help people gave me confidence in your product. I've been happy with the lights since I bought them, but having these issues with customer service is extremely frustrating.

If you could please message me so we can deal with the issues I would appreciate it.

Thank You very much,

:high-five: Hello again, I just purchased a mars hydro 4 x 4 Tent and am very happy so far thank you!! my question is....you have several different units that cover a 4 x 4 area, From what i can figure out so far, I would like a par of 50 to 80 per sq. ft. haven't been able to find par ratings on the units was hoping you could help?? I am looking at the Reflector 192, MarsII 1200, Mars Pro Epistar 320 & The Mars Pro Cree256. Thanks again,
Padwonfarmer :volcano-smiley: But Im gonna be a Jedi one day!! LOL :volcano-smiley:

If it were me (and I have two similar 4' x4' area's) I would suggest (3) Reflector 144's which will give you 60 watts per sq. foot coverage. Having (3) 144's give you great coverage and the ability to customize your light heights for different plant heights better.
