Hey JoeAfternoon all, how’s it going?
Just finished feeding. Been doing it a bit too often for my liking so doubled up to 4 litres per pot (just under a gallon)
Spoonful of molasses, tiny bit of warm water to get that nice and fluid before 5ml of tomato feed, 19.8 litres and jobs a good’un.
Put some of the smaller plants up on stilts yesterday, lesson learnt from last grow. Ended up with a couple of right lanky specimens for not being as on the ball.
Didn’t realise how quick autos were/are/is. Can’t be putting jobs off, need to act immediately so hopefully just nice squat plants instead this time round
Been mulling over LST and other training techniques today with a friend. I’m just going to be leaving these as I said, will supercrop to fill any gaps in the canopy when and if the time comes
Feeling a lot better too, hasn’t been too bad watering. Nearly drowned in the bucket last time
Hope we are all well and had a productive start to the week

Just a thought on watering that tap root is at the bottom.
You need to get runoff so it has something to chase.
You don't water just the top of the pot.
Lst would be good in there.
You are going to be cramped for space before you know it.

Triploidism is not the way forward. Had visions of plants with crazy 3rd appendages (ahem this is a family show) but doesn’t look like it’s to be.
Have a look on the group shot, he’s happy but we all know there’s a problem, it just isn’t discussed

Loving the pics.
Funny I was just talking the other day to my mate about hps vs led, and one thing we discussed was the plants shape (aka development).
Theres this look they get, around now, that makes them seem they were stamped out on a factory line. Its a sort of wide flat look.
Its something I have a soft spot for. Could be we never did much lst or topping too, and nostalgia in the way of facts haha .
They are going nicely mate, well, on average haha.
There was a crazy Aussie on Youtube showing off a true tripoloid a ways back.
Name escapes me, but his line of clones were talked up ( 1 toping = 3 mains, 2 toppings = 9mains) but they were runty unimpressive and poor yeilders.
Probs a very difficult trait to catch and breed, certainly could see the potential for excitement though!

October 1st. Bloody electric rates gone up from today. Watching the meter go and feeling slightly queasy

Doing a water feed tonight, getting colder this week so should be hitting 23-25’c in the tent.
Ordered a new bulb yesterday. Should be here Thursday/Friday just in time for week 4 and some budlets

My weekend involves a nightshift. It’s 0145 here and I’ve had two admissions, I’ve eaten my own weight in liquorice bullets, wiped one bum that’s not my own, and I have a patient who thinks I’m his wife, and judging by his treatment of me, our marriage isn’t exactly happy…. So far so good lol.

Just finished watering the plants. All children seem to be healthy again, no snotty noses or coughing. Mrs Chro happy, I’m just about to whack dinner on.

38p a KWH. 45p a day standard rate even if I decided not to use any electric. Alongside everything else that uses electricity about an extra £21 a week.
CMH unfortunately not an option at the mo mate. I lost everything financially during the pandemic and am getting back on my feet. I’m lucky I had some badass equipment from the good old days. I rent out tents, lights etc and take a quarter of the grow but even that is a new venture that hasn’t bore any fruits yet
SORRY WHATS A P? whats the cost in $pounds / kilo watt hour..
i have time of day metering its like 1/2 price or less 7pm to 7am and all wknds holidays..
spend 150 Canadian per month with grow on .17 cents kwh day .08 cents kwh night and a mid price .113
all plus delivery fees about a 1/3 then sales taxes etc...
poor families get some big discounts..
