If you mean the ones already done, those were done with that boiling method. Basically that method is a water bath canning method.
The jars I'm going to fill are going into boiling water to sterilize with the lids before I get the seeds in them, just like you would do with canning.
Then they get filled and into the pressure cooker at 15psi for 90 minutes, like you suggested.
While I'm here, I watched a vid where PGT took some good mycelium out of a petri dish that had some bad spots not touching the good mycelium. My dish with the white mycelium has a couple of grey spots coming on, but aren't near the good mycelium yet. So......would it be wise to get to the SAB and cut that good one out and put into a new agar plate?
