It's magic that few foreigners know. A back yard burl is not even so much about the crawfish really.... but nobody can resist, so we allow the crawfish to interrupt the dance... but they better be fat and well seasoned dammit!

Us Aussies have Crayfish at our Summer BBQ's. Probably the only little cultural difference between the 2!
Nice clone job, LA. I've just attempted my first ones ever and I'm hoping to have roots as lovely as yours.

Tead knows him some crawfish from across the world baby!
I'd love to do a side by side some day. A bucket of burlin bugs from 2 continents. Aussies and Y'ats sucking down brews and exchanging banter. Yup.... Tead's kinda scene.

Living north of Lake Charles, any bugs south of I -10 was a must. We had a butcher that got them from his Cousin or something.
A fur! A big one! And of course a big ole tub of Abita's.
My vintage bug zapper was always good entertainment as well.

There was one on a family member's porch when I was growing up. I have great memories of visiting them - hanging out in the summer, sipping on sweet tea while lazily letting my legs dangle over the arm of the porch chair, and watching the bug zapper.

The plant yoyos arrived Saturday and I was able to get them hooked up just before lights out. These are great! Super easy to use and they came in a pack of 12. There are two hooks per yoyo, so I really get 24 out of the deal. Sweet

Never liked playing with the yoyos as a kid.....I got bored. Plant yoyos are a whole different story! :laughtwo:

Scorpio, they are day 43 of flower. Forgot to mention that too. Had an issue yesterday that required my heavy pain meds.....clearly, they are making me a little loopy and forgetful. :loopy:

Maybe it's time for me to just take a nap :laughtwo:

Thanks, Scorpio! I took a nice little nap and spent some time in my green garden just as you suggested. :blushsmile: It really does make me feel good. Sometimes, I even find myself just sitting on the floor in front of the plants just to look at them and enjoy the silence.

Your girl is going to knock our socks off! All that veg time and she is ready to show off.

and Cheech is showing his stuff, even after moving back to Veg.. I guess they keep flowering even in veg. Ill be saving some of the pollen and I hope some of the Girls are ready to be pregnant when he is ready

I do enjoy just hanging in my garden as well, but lately the Monsoons have made it a bit, well, icky here

LOL... I still need to do my clones...LOL


Oh and the girls LOVED the Hempy transplant, even after mushing the roots they just took off...

Cheech is such a stud!

My plants in hempy are very happy too. The latest NL transplant was like yours - in that I could really see the takeoff when she hit the res. The first NL that I put in hempy has been slower growth. Perhaps it is because it is a different seed. It could also be that it was smaller before transplant so took longer to hit the res, and in the meantime had slower growth than the NL 2 in coco.

My coco plants do seem to grow more in the beginning stages than the hempy, but I really want to see what hempy can do in late veg and flower!
