It is , from my keg-o-rater tubing,
It works good if ya have side room for a tray, but may get removed in the future, saw someone do it so I tried it

Good to know! I've thought about trying something to direct the run-off into a collection container. If I get enough hempies going, I might add a large drain table.

I thought the same but don't want to loose any more vertical height
I'll think on it more when I get more hempy pots done

Hey expert hempy girl.

So when u transplant, how long till roots hit the resivor at the bottom of the pot?

Also..till then, is it a daily watering? And would I use just plain water?

Once they do hit bottom how often do u water, and I assume it's with nutes every water

Got four 3gal buckets just now..

Time to do the hemp..do the hempy hemp.. come on and do the hempy hemp.

Approximately a week is my best guess. Everyone says you'll notice a growth explosion when the roots find their way to the res.

I've been watering daily with my regular nute solution that I would use based on the age of the plant.

Depends on the size of your container and the resulting reservoir. Tead had a good post about the approx times needed to water in his journal. Let me see if I can link it...

A larger pan that encompasses the pot and provide enough room to catch the stream works much better. Locally we call such things "crawfish trays"... those unfamiliar with a crawfish burl might use them at crab boils.... such a shame.

I use the 5gal trays as well..
I wanted to try this at 1st for easy of removing the waste water

But think the trays may be used sooner than later.

Take the plunge. They're about $2 each locally. Way heavy plastic.... no deformation or cracking and I've been using the exact same one for years now.

Not sure how easily I would find those near me, but I'm going to check a couple of restaurant supply stores to see what I can come up with.

Not always! One of our neighbors is a native of your area. Every year, he does a huge cookout with a crawfish boil that we are fortunate to be invited to. Good times and good food!

Tell that Y'at he's/she's doing a wonderful thing. They've been spreading some serious love with their neighbors.
Family and friends gathered together over boiling crawfish pots and beer. Some small band crankin out tunes in the background. Young ladies dancing in the summer sweat. The pots spill out onto the tables and the crowds descend. Laughing and friendly banter form staccato interruptions to the feeding frenzy. Fingers dance thru the mix grabbing at the prime crawfish or tasty bit of sausage.

Damn.... might have to get fancy for breakfast this morning.

You painted such a perfect picture that my mind has gone right back to those parties. A smile spread across my face, and now I can't wait for the next one! Maybe I should call or stop by today to give a little nudge to put it on the calendar. :winkyface:

Still recovering from a busy day yesterday. I pushed myself too much, but it was a lot of fun. My daughter is travelling for several weeks and wanted me to go on the shopping trip with her to prepare. Coffee, snacks, shopping, and a lot of smiles and laughter, but my legs were killing me afterwards.

Garden therapy to the rescue this morning. :Love: The Candida clone in the perlite tray made some serious roots that are longer than the little clone is tall.

She found a new home in a hempy solo and gets to hang out with the Blue Dream CBD clones. I'm going to need to buy more buckets for them all to move up to big hempies in just a little while. :blushsmile:

That's okay; it will give you something to do in your garden today. :)

I just made another hempy bucket and transferred the other NL. The roots were already quite long, so I expect she'll hit the res very soon. :slide:
