You bet! I need to move some plants around the tent anyway to get to her, so it will be a great opportunity for pics. Started watering her for flush just a while ago. It won't be a full flush period. Don't know how much it matters, but I figure something is better than nothing.

Thank you! I'm definitely keeping some for the vape. Figured it was a good idea for stacked dosing or immediate relief when needed.

DrZiggy's low and slow in the fridge is going to be my method. Mason jars and fine mesh fabric....check!

1st Harvest Ever!!!!! :party:

This has been such a great journey to the first one. Mistakes along the way, but I learned so much that will only help me improve in the future.

Candida - the lovely lady

Here she is on the left, just hanging out and still soaking up the light.

Stalks hit the tent as soon as I removed the yoyos. She's so long and beautiful!

All done. This was a somewhat sad moment, but it was short lived because I know how beneficial she is going to be.

All washed and hanging to dry! Oil will be next after drip drying for a few hours. It would have been nice to go from wash straight to oil, but I didn't know how to get an accurate wet weight unless I let the drying happen first.

Thanks Scorpio! I am ecstatic and kind of proud of myself!

This was completely new territory for me, and I made it all the way to harvest. Didn't kill a single plant. :laughtwo:

It has certainly been a tremendous amount of fun, and I'm most thankful for the wonderful people that have joined me. Blue Dream CBD should be in a couple of weeks, so there is more to come!

Fresh Harvest Oil - Take One!

So I really should have done this yesterday, but I was tired and it would have kept me up too late to wait for the buds to dry off after the wash. Got up early to have coffee and get right to work! :blushsmile:


Trimmed it all and got a decent amount for oil. For the almost 300g, I'm using 3/4L of olive oil.

These beautiful buds were saved for Dr Ziggy's low and slow.

The stems and trim were saved to go in a mason jar. I'm going to put them in the fridge too for drying to use for tea.

And here is the pressure cooker ready to get to work! The extra water added helped to blend the plant material. I had not planned to use more than 3/4L of water, but it wasn't enough. So I ended up needing to add 1.5L to get everything to mix nicely. Pressure cooker was put on the stove and brought to pressure. It's cooking now..... :)
