So I got this little stash box on my travels this week. I have been looking for one for quite some time. I was going to get one in Costa Rica a month ago because the wood was so beautiful. But there was not one I could say that is the one.
I found this inexpensive box and I could not turn away from it.
It had a smell that went away with airing it out in the open, very quickly actually, happily.
I wiped it out with a damp cloth and it cleaned up very well.

Here it is in preliminary use... Teeny tiny fresh bud.

I love when objects find us. :laughtwo: This is how I come into possession these days, they find me. Case in point: I'm floating around the apartment yesterday when suddenly I had an irrepressible urge to go to Target. I fought the urge for a few and then decided to relent, got dressed and went for the walk. Into the store I go, not understanding why yet, when I turned a corner and came face-to-face with the Homedics humidifier at 75% off. :cheesygrinsmiley:

This box would have stopped me too. It's so perfectly you keltic. :hugs: I'm thankful the smell dissipated so easily. The tiny fresh bud looks delicious in there.

Yes she does. Glorious grow keltic. Making me real excited about the future prospects of my own grow under the Timber Grow Lights. :slide:

keltic......my daughter lived with almost daily migraines until we started her protocol with the capsules made with the CBD Critical Cure. She takes four a day. She ran out, so we're using a smaller dose of Candy Cane until the next harvest, and it's working the same way. But my point is she doesn't get migraines anymore. Hasn't had even a headache since we started the therapy.

Are you considering a cannabinoid therapy for yourself? Something regularly scheduled to keep a balance of necessary cannabinoids to reduce the swelling that must be causing you pain? This is what the cannabinoids do so well, and euphoria doesn't have to be part of the treatment. I'd like there to come a day when you can look at migraine pain as a distant memory.

Next time, you might try a cleanse that gives you more energy.
Watermelon cleanse leads to lethargy. Fresh pepper, ginger, and lemon teas leave you with more energy.
I imagine several grams of sativa would also help with energy :)

I am working with the ultimate candida diet, it is a book. This is the third time my wife has done this, my first. It worked for her in many ways.
It cleans out the yeast in the gut, i believe it is a 60-90 day regime. First 7 days are hard.
....So, now on day 4 I have energy back and my pain is pretty mellow. My headache is mostly 'cause I am hungry and my neck is tense... When feeling like that the grow lights make the pain worse with light sensitivity cause they are bright. which is good becasue it keeps me from mucking with the plants when they do not need it. Sunglasses do help. ; - )

No I haven't. I cannot afford any thc to build up in my system that it becomes test-able. It is Okay. I dont mind the random or pre employment test. Would be nice if it were treated like alcohol but I am used to it. Also, I do like my job and I would not do it drunk or stoned even if I weren't tested. My job has the kind of stressors that require sobriety to deal with. I guess being happy and positive really help in the long run for me.

But......
Funny after all these years sober I am still a stoner at heart.
CBD is always on the horizon for me, as you can well imagine, not a day goes by that I dont think that a low dose cannabinoid therapy could help my head. Which I do expect to be better after I finish my ultimate candida diet.

So my doctor says I have an ulcer. No big news makes sense. I still have a test for H.pylori next week to confirm ulcer stuff and I need to make appointment with a radiologist. I got a thing needs looked at.

Sue, I would like to do a book review/summary on the Ultimate Candida Diet program. I have to find the time. But when I do I would love you to have a read through.

I thought I meant to drop some pictures?. I was feeling better so I got in the tent and had a bit of a putter around. Things are looking good, maybe a slight mag. def. one tablespoon around the container will get waterd in when water is called for, it doesn't need water today maybe sunday. It seems to need nothing but plain RO water, that is my plan.

I understand your feelings about testing and the value of the job. It's unfortunate that we haven't overcome that one yet, but it's an inevitable future. In the end we're talking about supplementing the ECS, which will someday be seen and accepted as the most natural thing we could do.

Since the best meds come from full plant extractions you'll always have traceable THC in the system, despite the care not to be impaired. The policies will need to change before we can freely medicate the way we want. You know me....blissfully optimistic. :battingeyelashes: :Love:

I was walking the streets of Rome one morning, 8 or 9 am so things were pretty sleepy. I was admiring the reflections in the rain puddled on the cobblestone streeets. In the square around Castel St. Angelo (not the angel bridge side, but the town side) they had a fairly large area roped off while a work crew was removing cobblestones, trucking them away for refurbishing the tops, digging out the old sand and detritus, laying in fresh sand, and reinstalling the refurbished cobblestones. It must have been around 2000 because the whole nation does the equivalent of deep spring cleaning of catholic churches for jubille years (usually every 25 or 50 years.)

In every photo of cobblestones I see, the stones themselves are thick squares (flattened cubes,) or rarely cubes, often 6-12" across. These cobblestones near Castel St. Angelo were tapered spikes. They looked like antique flooring nails with the head removed - a 4" square at the small (lower) end gradualy thickening to a 6" square at the exposed (top) end. These cobblestones were about 30" long.. The bottoms were burried deep in sand and the tops were wedged next to each other with a thin layer of sand between each top.

Very fancy 'rubble' streets in that part of Rome. The ancient footprints were polished away by the refurbishing process, but the impact of those footsteps had gone deep into the ground.

These pistils remind me of a clump of False Unicorn in bloom :)

Wow really great story about Rome. Truth be told I have not been to Rome since 1982.
I have a former student who lives there now, I should make the journey.
30 inch long cobblestones, that is some big rocks, fascinating to have seen such work being done.

If you can't enjoy yourself in Rome, you might as well stay home.

I've been fortunate enough to vacation outside North America 10 times in my life, 2 were Hawaii, 8 were Italy (starting in Roma.)
I have a list of places I've always wanted to travel, and there are many, many fine places to travel, but for one reason or another, Italy always ends up at the top of my list :)

Far out Rad. One of my favorite vacations was to the north of Italy in the mountains were my former student was living at the time in the eastern shadow of Mount Blanc.
However, Dublin and 2 weeks driving out around Ireland was the funniest laugh out loud adventure, I have done it 3 times. One of the times my wife and I had my 85 year old Dad with us, total trippy adventure.

Any who yeah My dad and I toured Roma back 1982, My dad was on work and I was younger then and needed supervision I sure had fun in Roma.
