Good morning all 420ers. It will be a cool day today and cloudy only in the 60s I need to feed today plants look thirsty. I will be feeding Prescription Blend, Superthrieve and Alaska fish fertilizer and tap water. Also be topping one plant. I hope everyone has a nice weekend. Happy growing and be safe.

Good morning Keith! Nice day for it! Leave ~a quarter inch of stem if you can to make them less apt to split later.
Could not get a quarter inch. I just took the top like I saw on a google video. Hope it works I just made 6 nodes on this plant and that was counting the little first node. Thanks for the advice. unfortunately, I did not follow it. Guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

Just trying to get two cola's I did it like I saw it on a video. Just the very top. It could be I didn't take enough.
I’m going to leave it to Shed to advise you. I think that should work as long as it was below a node. CL🍀

It'll work and be fine. That extra is always "if possible".

Hope you don't mind me firing a quick question @StoneOtter Keith.
Topping, when you top and leave a little bit of the internode I understand this gives more strength to the plants later on but do you use this both indoor and outdoor? I get outdoor as the weight and height!
I've always done what I think Keith has done which for some reason they mistake for a fim but always opened her up and popped the newest growth of..
I've never thought about it but it's less stress now but more later where as your method is probably the opposite not that it's ever much stress..
Lastly anything different when it comes to staggered nodes?

Thanks both 🙏

Hi Greenvein, the extra strength is directed to when we bend the two top shoots over horizontal to start canopy making. There's stress there when we do that. I did it outdoors once and just let them go.

Good question! In this case I supercrop it at the height I want and let the one sided top go horizontal. They work it all out after that.
