Jandre2k3's Cardboard Flower Box - Test 4: ScrOG

Very Cool:thumb:
Nice job Jandre makes me wanna make something too
ah maybe later the thoughts nice lol
but Looking very cool man

Okay... reconfigured lights... Blue lights I realized in that last video were blocking white light from getting to the top. So, I turned the blues on the ceiling by 90° and took a few pics to see how things looked.

Whatcha think, now?

Those are 5w LED's each... :cheesygrinsmiley: I love my grow supply! 6 white and 2 blue. The whites go off at light, leaving the blues for effect. Or they will when I get them on the timer after I put the plants in.

Oaky, Folks... Change of plans... Purple Mr. Nice clones left from the mite damaged lot failed to respond. I am starting some seeds from the F2 group of jandre Kush. I am resurrecting Green Fluffy Bunnies in a cross with the jandre Kush. I'm expecting to see the full pistil flower power from jandre Kush with the Indica node tightness of the Green Fluffy Bunnies.

20 seeds going into wintering, now. Tomorrow, we will see them go into the hatchery. In a week or two, we will transfer them into the box under GLR to sex. In a month, once the males are known, they will be sequestered for pollen collection and future pollination of select buds of the 2 remaining strongest females from this group.

It seems a waste to germ 20 seeds for this experiment, but I have the Darly Project that will be taking the biggest amount of time and space. This is simply to test the ScrOG application for this box, an dI'm not too worried about gem selection. The gem will come out of the Darly Project, and that's the one I'm sticking with.

Fear not, the males gotten from this experiment will allow for further production of this cross. Maybe I'll further that cross into a stabilized strain after the Darly Project ends... jandre2k3's Green Kush Bunnies.... hmmm....

ON WITH THE SHOW!!

Ladies and gentlemen!

Removing the now wintered beans and placing them in a dome for germination.
Fresh out of the fridge... They sank! That lets me know they soaked up some water.

Arrange paper towels or napkins in the bottom of the germinating dome and empty the beans into it.

Arrange for ease of removal once tap roots show and mist well with sterile water.

Cover with dome,

Cover done with towel,

Place in a warm place, 80 °F to 85 °F is best for fastest germination.

Check back in 24-36 hours for tap roots.

My germination technique, continued:

36 hours after placing beans in germination dome, this is what we have.

Prepare enough rockwool starter cubes for the germinated beans.

Sterilized treezers in hand, I place each one into the holes. I widen each one as needed to ease insertion.

Closed up and ready for dome! Can't let light reach roots!

Place humidome, close vents, and place under lights.

To be continued...

My mom just sent me this...

Faster than waiting under 18/6, yes! GLR, specifically, gets plants ready to go into flower.

OK! READY to go into flower.....you didn't say that. So there!:high-five:
Forget it anyway, not important.
