Actually, captive bred poison dart frogs do not have access to the certain type of ant they eat that makes them toxic in the wild, therefore, they are completely safe to touch. However, because they absorb many things transdermaly including oxygen, handling amphibians often can actually case *them* harm due to the various pathogens present on our skin.Wow, it took me a minute just to figure out what the heck was going on here. Kinda reminds me of an old Saturday Night Live skit,......you grow your weeeeeed in it! Very inventive, but do the poison arrow frogs make your week neurotoxic?
And, no... this is just a side project to fill in for veg time for my breeding project, and this project. I will not be growing cannabis in this particular enclosure.
