In The Lab

Thanks all for the kind words. I to am looking forward to growing the most nutrient dense produce and medicine. This is probably the best thing I came across!

Hi,

Recently returned to the forums after almost a year. I can't possibly catch up with all that's gone down.

Are there any notable changes in the kit instructions and ingredients in the past 10 months or so?

Is someone still keeping a summary of current protocol?

Cheers!

Basic kit is the same and instructions the same. Destress may be half the amount added that you added before. It's strength was doubled in the bottle.

Changes are mostly for frankenstrains/heavy feeders and may include 1/8th cup bloodmeal added for flower, and a super drench or OG drench after CAT. Depends on the strain and what they seem to need. Plants that have magnesium issues are taking some epsoms in the soil or wayahead10x added to brix foliar. Wayahead10x is a microbutrient spray that includes magnesium.

Pot sizes seem to be going up though 7gallons is still the kit recommended size. I like that I use 10 gallon pots, helps with watering during the height of flower and makes sure there is a little extra space for roots!

Rats! Posted a response to something from ancient post ... Oops

Cheers! :peace::passitleft:

I was trolling the FAQ section a couple days ago and read an interesting thread. I get to the end, and there is MajorPITA commenting to the guy who had just posted. He said "you realize this thread is 7 years old don't you?" I was thinking... damn! glad I didn't have anything useful to contribute... lol

Major has been making me laugh the last few days. He's on a roll.

I did some checking at our local nursery and they do have the Promix HP, stuff is a bit spendy though at sixty five bucks a bale. Only Earth worm castings I could find have kelp and rock dust as well. Not sure if the EWC will work that we have available up here???? All input is for sure welcome and if there is an online source that wouldn't kill us on shipping that would be an option. Thanks in advance for any guidance and Blessed Buds too you.

Shout out to Doc Bud on this High Brix kit. Truly amazing results as promised. Another satisfied customer for life! Each time I open my tent, I smile from ear to ear looking at how wonderful the plants are doing. The smoothest grow ever and I feel like I'm not even paying much attention anymore, just letting them do their thing as I follow the routine week after week. I will definitely invest in a brix meter now. I already know the produce will be amazing, so the only thing left to challenge myself with is to see how high I can get my brix.

Also thanks to the HB Community! you guys give so much support to any and all brix users and its great.

Yeah, absolutely don't use those EWC. NO bueno.

You can go without the EWC if you can't find any. It would still be better than using the product with kelp and rock dust.

Check Craig's List for backyard EWC? I dunno. You can grow without 'em. Make sure you recycle the rootballs, leaves and smaller stems for the next round.
