I will follow this thread, I am still interested by the small single cobs from Budmaster, they can be useful for corners and such and are affordable too (for those who build their rig slowly, piece by piece) :-)

I definitely like the Budmaster COB series so far, amazing amount of light ouput for a low wattage draw, and full spectrum :) Plants seem to like them too :)

Quick update:

The clones:

So I checked on my Tangie and Ogiesel clones and some have rooted :)

I planted phenotypes #6, #8 and #3 into 3 gallon round plastic pots with my recycled soil :)

The phenotype #5 and my Ogiesel didn't root so I took a few more cuttings from the plants that were just recently flipped to flowering and put them in the humidity dome :)

The 3 phenos that rooted were placed into my 3rd tent (holding tent) until I am finished with the current flowering and then I will decide which pheno's will be kept, and which will not make the cut :)

The girls under the GOD look pretty damn fine to me & the ones under the COB are coming along nicely i was wondering the age difference between them under the different led panels ?

Hey Fuzzy Duck! Thanks for the compliments my friend :) The plants under the COB panels are about a month old (since the clones were put rooted into the soil). The plants under the GOD panel, I'm actually not sure how old they are, probably at least 2 months old but could be like 5 or 6 months or longer on the Ogiesel, Area 51, Blackdiamond OG ad Fire OG. I don't really keep track of veg time so its hard to say...

Flowering tent:

Today makes day 3 of flowering (from the flip) and the girls are looking really good :) I fed them today some earth juice tea and other than that just opened the tent and admired their beauty :)

I wish I had more excitement to share but right before I posted the update I was told that most likely I am getting fired from my job tomorrow so I'm pretty down right now. I appreciate your compliments!

Thanks Millertm... yea its a bummer, especially when I was their best salesperson, and have no clue what I did wrong... guess I find out tomorrow.

Thanks Brother Cronic! yea man, pretty bummed because I busted my butt, and have no clue why I'm getting the old pink slip.. oh well, looks like tomorrow is a new beginning.

So sorry to hear of your troubles bro. First the mold, now the pink slip. If they are willing, make sure to ask in the exit interview, for any feed back on why. There has to be some reason why after the evaluation period for not being kept on. Use that feed back to make yourself more marketable and turn a bad day into a stronger you. I know that is shallow advice on the day of, but I hope it can get you to a place where it makes you feel in control instead of things being out of your control. I hate it for you, but I know you can recover bro. Warm thoughts and wishes for you. :)

You are not the only one, and I am experienced in this kind of situations. What counts is to "not be down", to keep yourself high, which is really hard at the begining, and in the longer term too, especially because of money, but a good life discipline, not too much smoke during the daylight, should help a lot getting you through those hard times.
I only wish you the best and that you find another job quickly , because we all know it is what fills the fridge and fuels our hobbies.

I can't wait to hear what they have to say because I have only worked my butt off trying to do everything right and I can't think of any logical reason they would let their best salesperson go.. I know its for the best and its the universes way of telling me to get out of sales or something, just one of these things that doesn't make any sense.

Very good advice. I'm definitely trying to stay positive because I generally am a happy person and don't want it to kill my aura, its just frustrating. At least I will be able to take whatever lesson that life is presenting to me and grow from it. I've had the absolute worst of luck with jobs here in Socal, and part of it is my fault because I only know sales so there never is stability. I really have some choices to make now, and need to really figure out if I'm even going to stay in southern cali where life is virtually unaffordable or look elsewhere. oh well, the world keeps turning and the joint keeps on burning.
