How not to be a salt farmer or a wasteful grower tips

Happy Monday 8/12
Momma sprouted 4/17 so almost 4 months old now, clones rooted around 6/15 so they are 2 months and bean bonanzas sprouted around 7/2

Sitting in the rain yet again watching garden :)
Girls got their normal feeding this weekend with compost, seaweed, ewc and molasses teas. The unfed clone had to be fed and top dressed because she’s starting flower as well so from this point forward everyone gets fed and top dressed.
When the rain subsided I will follow up with pics again. Supposed to be beautiful this week for weather. Cheers!

Get some chickens. Make some compost. Maybe a bag of all purpose nutes, water. Let me buck. And some worms. I spend about 100 bucks a year....being very generous. More like 20. Lol you can get a bag of pelletized alfalfa for horses....works great. Like 25 bucks for 50 lbs. It'll take em all the way....just a bit high in N. But....cheap and works great. Since I've gotten chickens though, game changer. The compost is unreal. Lol also want to say I harvest about every 4-6 weeks. All year.

They’ve had nothing but compost, ewc, seaweed and bone meal/powdered shells all home made since day 1 :)

So why do I promote organic and less is more strategy? I have 4 biological children, 3 bonus children, and 3 grandbabies. Even organic growing can ruin the soil if over done. And alll the big Ag and pesticide producers have managed to help make our land and ecology waste away at a tremendous rate. Think about how much damage has been done in less than 150 yrs to this beautiful planet. If we want our great grandchildren to have any clean water, productive soil, etc it’s up to us the little people to save what we can. The biggest incentive is our children’s futures and secondarily we can save ourselves a lot of money learning how to do this stuff organically; the planet managed to manage itself just fine for at least thousands of years before we started to ruin it. Hopefully enough of us will take the initiative to leave something for the future.
