Herbies Desserts to Sweeten Your Day @ Otters

Highya SO,

Top rooting area looks great! Now you know where to feed them! Buds are stacking furiously!! Love this stage in the grow!! With the pistils white like that, I'd hold off a little longer, to see if bud rot will be a factor. They're still stacking! I've harvested before because the conditions became to miserable!! Rain day here today! 1.75 inches forecast for today and tonight. I sprayed all the ladies with full strength microbe solution. Had one small bud rot bud, but haven't seen any since then. Hope tomorrow is the same. Less than 3 weeks left!! I have so much purple up here (had several nights in the 40's) that looking for bud rot is difficult. Happy Smokin'
I've got at least 8 inches of rain in the last 36 hours. Gonna probably see that much again the next 36. Crazy stuff.

How ya doing Stone did you get this rain today. I am going to try my son's electric battery powered blower I can somewhat control the power, so I do not blow my buds off. 🍋
Yeah off and on yesterday and cool. today's better. Doing fine today Keith, hope you aer too!

Are you dry inside still? That's some rainfall!

WE HAVE AN AWAY GROW HAPPENING! @Remo Nutrients IS POWERING THIS ONE

Hi all! My BIL is growing his heart out right now! He's using one of our sponsors Remo Nutrients and they look great! The 4 closest to us are Banana something and two in the rear are Purple Ghost Candy. 38 days from flip. It smells wonderful in there!

Here they are.

May the Zoot be with you!

Very nice tent full! I'm waiting for the smoke report on Purple Ghost Candy. It looks like a really nice grow and smoke! Happy Smokin'

Thanks! He's done a great job with this grow I think! I didn't see any def's and he's paying attention to watering. He thinks it might be his best grow yet. I taught him supercropping on it and he ran with it. I don't say much unless ha asks unless I see imminent failure so I was thrilled to work together with him. We had fun.

Sounds like a great relationship you have with your BIL! Count your blessings! :)

His plants look lush too! :Rasta:

He's a regular guy. Watches what I find offensive news stations but I'm working on that. ;) That falls in the catastrophic failure category I mentioned earlier. Other than that he's golden. Blessings counted!

SATURDAY NIGHT'S ALRIGHT FOR SCHMOKIN!

Hi all! It's a good day to grow weed! Partial sun today, I'll take it!

Starting with @Herbies Seeds Apple Betty. She's making some nice buds now. Going to need the full season to mature but I think making it will happen! She got fish water today, Yum! Shtarting to have a nice smell! What Herbies says is apple I think. Ok let's have a look.

Apple Betty

I can't leave out the one leaving first.
Runtz Muffin in her purpleness! A week to ten days is todays feel.

On the bud rot front. I'm testing reliance on Beauveria Bassiana for 2 things. One, for bug prevention. I'd say it works great for what bugs I have here. Two, Bud rot. Killing those moth worms and such before they becomr=e a problem was my thought and today I can't say if it didn't work. Not yet. Muffy has been very rot free with one small nug. Betty on the other hand started today with three or four spots two of which had the little B's in them alive and pooping oh the slightest. it's too early to say but that's the rot score to date.

That Muffy looks delicious and Big Apple Betty! is just massive! :Rasta:

Are you able to get any pics showing the inner AB. I'd love to see what it looks like in there, the supports and all!

Sure ...I'll be your back door man. I can actually get in and under her a little. She grew strangely making a pseudo even canopy up there by leaning over up top. It's hard to see.
Hang in their Stone I have been lucky so far but as you know 3 weeks is a long time. Your plants are gorgeous I hope your weather stays nice. :lot-o-toke: 🍋
It can be when rot starts. I have my trimmers in my pocket every time now. Early snipping is my motto!
Betty is having a push now and finally buds are starting to form as if they might make the season! I see no rain in the forecast but no sun either for the coming week. Not horrible for now.

Thanks Carmen! With the help from my friends I grow  . This one has more lemon to her when I get any frost on my fingers. More than the 2 I grew in the tent. I like the simple earthy and mild way they are. I'm excited to get a lemon leaner!
Heh sorry! I'm in awe of the Runtz Muffin too by the way.... :adore:
Hehe, I kind of featured Betty this update so I lead you to that I think. Muffy's producing some of my very best buds indoors or out! I'm shocked and amazed really.
Hey Otter, nice work on the garden's top roots, that Apple Betty is looking fantastic, and the BIL's efforts are looking stunning too.
Hey Stunger, nice to see you! I love to see those hungry top roots ready to feed!

LOOKING IN FROM BEHIND

Goos Sunday everyone! @Grand Daddy Black asked for a view from behind of Apple Betty. She grew pretty straight up to about 4 or 5 feet then wanted to go horizontal. I think to take advantage of the sun? Maybe I should have let things go but I took two cords and hiked her up.

This pic is from 8 feet away. There's an opening in the fence so I can get in for maintenance. The hole is around 3 feet around. I don't step there for compaction purposes. I can step in on the edge of it for a reach around if needed.

Taken above my head. You can see how apically confused she got. No Christmas tree here!

As we get down it looks lollypopped in there. Well it is! I snipped any and all I could reach that won't make worthwhile buds. Someone mentioned earlier that my netting was acting like a scrog. I think that was a very good analogy!

Go with Yellow parachute cord. It shines better light compared to pink. That's cord tied to rags tied to themselves.

No rot today so far on Betty!

Have a day your way today!

Thanks for the look inside Stone. Fascinating and Informing! :)
