Herbies Desserts to Sweeten Your Day @ Otters

Great shoulder and arm workout. :welldone:

And I always wondered what those drawers were for under the washer and dryer doors!
Haha! There's a Kirby vacuum cleaner in there! I have a hard time not buying shiny things at yard sales! It works great but it's a backup vac. I'm an inch away from being a hoarder my wonderful half says.
looks like a lot of work but probably worth it & can't wait to see the results when you use it & glad no rot found
Hi Con, it is work up front, then water almost only from then on. I think it evens out over a grow.

That's how the powder I have went. The foliar was liquid.

I see I frigged it up! The initial dose was for the seed hole I think. here's what Build a soil says.

"Directions:

For best results, apply as seed treatment or when transplanting. The sooner the better.

Not harmful if over applied, but can be a waste.

Approximately 3 grams per teaspoon

  • 1/16 Teaspoon per plant seedling (0.2 grams)
  • 1/8 Teaspoon per mature plant (0.4 grams)
  • Ideal to use in planting hole or mixed in with seeds before planting.
  • 1 Gram Per Cubic Yard Potting Soil
  • 2 ounces Per Acre"
Thank you Otter. By the sound of it, the seeds should have had a dusting when they were planted, and at up-pot, just like with myco. I think I will hold off attempting to water it into the soil surface of the garden plant just in case that would cause injury to bees 🐝

Your soil looks yummy! Well done on turning all of that!

That should do it Carmen. I read about it and there's so much more to it than just creating resistance to bugs! The plant can get to have extra root happiness, and you know what that brings...better buds! I'm so glad you put me onto this!

Highya SO,

Your Ladies look gorgeous and big! Great job! I was looking at your mixing area, and thinking that would be a good job for a home sized cement mixer. I used to do that with sheep feed, mixing a barrel at a time (in batches). Just a thought. Sunny here today, with huge buds blooming like crazy. Weighing down the branches a little more than I'd like. Like KL says, I hope they make it to harvest!! Oh, I shook all my ladies and a lot of dewdrops came out. Just guarding against bud rot. Hope you and all who pass through to have a great week! Happy Smokin'

Good morning Mr Oh!

That monster is gonna be Plant of the Year fo sho!

And question. Do you pick the live worms out of your soil? I always pick the live worm out of my soil and throw them in my ‘erb patch.

Happy NO ROT Day !! she still looks Great! I killed my worms first year winter , Inside the hose too go figure ?
I was so surprised they made it! It was like looking into a world in a bucket.
Every day without rot is exceptional from here in! Those buds are like rocks to squeeze on Muffy!

My hopes have been destroyed too many times to think that Tra. Well maybe! Did you see the last plant I put in the monthly! It was the best plant I ever grew! The best one! Another plant came in better to win and I agree it was. I can't get my hopes up. I'll get back in with this plant to play with everyone though my expectations are low. Thanks for the kind thought.

These worms are little ones that we use for making worm castings. They won't grow longer than a couple inches. My LOS soil is better off having them than not so I leave them in. Red wrigglers sourced from my neighbors yard. Couldn't be better!

Unicorn poop down the road Big red wigglers next door , live worms you DO have it going on !!!
Hey Smokes! I'd have a worm farm but the best half isn't keen for it in the house. Poor girl doesn't know what's best for her! Like the soil mixing (she's never seen my process), she can never know I said that. ;)

I remove mine coz there is obviously no room for them once the roots take hold. I find them half dead trying to find free soil.
